RUDE STAFF! My hubby was profiled today! While I was in line waiting to pay, my hubby and kid went to go sit with our bags and very loudly the boy/girl (unsure) with glasses told my hubby he could not sit until we paid for our food. Once I paid we all sat waiting on our food and what happens?? 2 different white families that were in line after us sent their teens to go sit while they ordered and nothing was said to them!!! The products put out are okay, the main concern is the general manager. She chases customers away by being argumentative, rude, unprofessional. She's told customers they couldn't sit in a certain spot because she was working there, even though she wasn't. She argued with a customer about a pizza that a hair was found on. Did she say I'm sorry, can I refire it or refund, nope, let's argue about where the hair came from. Who cares, how about customer service??
They “don’t allow service animals” which is ILLEGAL. So they don’t allow people with heart conditions or those who are blind to come in? Absolutely disgusting. Do better.
