RUDE STAFF! My hubby was profiled today! While I was in line waiting to pay, my hubby and kid went to go sit with our bags and very loudly the boy/girl (unsure) with glasses told my hubby he could not sit until we paid for our food. Once I paid we all sat waiting on our food and what happens?? 2 different white families that were in line after us sent their teens to go sit while they ordered and nothing was said to them!!! On top of that, the older lady with glasses yelled at the younger boy who was greeting people as they walked in, to STOP taking orders so she could keep up, in front of the entire restaurant! About 6 people walked out! I was mortified and we ended up throwing our food away and left. Never again!! If this establishment has cameras, management please review your ignorant employees behavior!!!

This was our first time at rise pies. And let me tell you. The food was great: it was worth eating, however. The environment, the lack of customer service. 1/5 of them spent most of the time working. Meanwhile the others stood around and stared at customers walking in. No greeting, no warm welcome. Just cold. We overhead a woman with darker hair pulled up in a “bun” talk about a customer who was before us. Then purposefully get loud. Customer service sucks in this establishment.

I was here earlier ( 07/22/25 around 3-4ish) and absolutely loved my experience! The ladies were so welcoming and all seemed to enjoy being around eachother and interacting with customers. Food was delicious a bit pricey but worth it considering it’s fresh I believe. Don’t know why there are so many bad reviews! People are so picky like the whole layout review was bizarre! Was worried coming in here because of them but I’m glad I trusted my instincts. Will be coming back here weekly if I can!
The counter staff and pizza maker were nice, but the layout for entering and exiting was bizarre. And the pizza was a dead-on ringer for mediocre frozen pizza.

Probably the most ridiculously slow customer service I've experienced at a place like this. The employees were refilling containers that did not need to be refilled instead of helping the growing line, waiting in that line for about 5-10 minutes before even being asked what we were ordering. Then taking the order for the entire line before making our order. It was just ridiculous don't come here if you are in any kind of rush

We ordered three different types of pizza, and every single one was absolutely terrible. On top of that, the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. This was by far one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone—zero stars.
