I try to give this Starbucks a chance every time I go but every time I am dissatisfied. The lady at the drive thru always has a really bad attitude and is very rude and snappy. not only that but the drinks are rarely made right I ask for light ice and they give me the drink with nothing but ice , I’ve also received my drinks half empty . I try to give this location the benefit of the doubt but they fail every time.
I love Starbucks a lot
Some of the most courteous barista you will ever enjoy. It’s a real delight to stop in here.

Since the remodel, many old employees are gone, and some new staff can come off as very short and rude. The store is frequently understaffed, making work hard for the teams. Some customers report that most drinks don't taste correct, which makes them sad. Despite these issues, for some it remains their favorite Starbucks.
