This location always forgets to put food into bags. I ordered through the drive thru and the person who took my order repeated it back to me and as I went to pay for my items the lady repeated it back and handed me my bag, I was confident in her so I just left. I've started going to this location over the Galena location even though it's farther away because it's so much better. I've never received an order with missing items and they've never messed up the food I order. Everything I order I order without cheese or sour cream and sometimes substitute items or add items and they get everything right every single time. It's Taco Bell, so you know what to expect... But this location is horrible. You could order 2 crunchy tacos and you'll get 1 soft. It's always been like this. They never get your order right and/or give you all your food.
