I was supposed to order boneless wings. But I received dough balls with sauce. There were pieces so small that they put several pieces in for filling and I could barely bite into it and there was no chicken, it was just pure dough.

Jesús the dude didn’t give us our sauces we ordered. and when we asked for them the fool took forever to give us 3 sauces and even gave us horrible service. He didn’t look at us, looked clueless poking at the tablet for a good 5 min just for some sauces. I saw there was a promotion for something so I asked him about it and as I thought he ignored me. Some other nicer lady took over and gave us the sauces right away.

Had Wingstop on timeout because they seem to always mess up my order, and today I decided I'd give them another chance after months of not going. Ordered a 10 pc and they only gave me 8 wings.... How do you F up this often??? It's ridiculous, probably never going again.

Cool place, first time really coming in. Tvs, but fast food? Pretty cool. Guys behind cooking seemed chilled to be working so late. Front lady, knew to ask all the questions to make sure I didn't miss anything.

I came in the other day and I order a 6 boneless wing combo with cheese fry’s and the customer service was terrible the guy didn’t even look like he wanted to help me and a very stank looking dirty look on his and was very immature. The worst experience I’ve ever had and not just that my wings were extremely dry and they are usually very saucy and amazing but this time when I asked them nicely if they could remake them they came back even harder and tasted absolutely terrible. Never in my life have I ever been treated so rudely ever.
