I had an incredible time kayaking, the other night, but it was a bit brought down by an angry racist around the campfire. He was a large biker of low intelligence that kept repeating racial slurs against African Americans. Out of 100 people, even being around one appalling, sad guy full of hate was kind of hard and only brought down society. I'm glad that most everyone there wasn't like him. A very brief visit that was enjoyable. Stopped here for a beer after paddling a section of the Fox River. It is a members only place but they will allow you in a few times before they ask you to join.
