Unfortunately not able to come here as much as I wish, amazing hole in the wall bar. As far I am aware only great hole in the wall left, great staff and great crowd, crowded without being overly crowded so plenty of people to shoot the s*** with.
I'm going to give this place 5 stars, because Google wasn't around 30 years ago. My mom worked here for a few years when I was a little kid in the late 80s.I vaguely remember the owner, but I'm sure it's changed since way back then. He must have been a decent dude to allow my mom to bring us in with her. Between here and Tollgate, I learned a lot about the industry and I've been in hospitality my whole life. This place is a hidden gem in the Fox Valley area. A place where it feels like family as soon as you walk in. Great service / very clean/ lots of fun and laughs. Drinks were perfect by Tony ( the bartender.) Tony made sure everyone felt at home. The entire experience honesty felt as if we had known everyone forever.
