Food was delicious! Large portions even though we got a small and priced well. Waitress was friendly and attentive. Small town Cafe atmosphere where everyone knew everybody and was friendly. Can't wait to go back and try the lunch and dinner!

5-6-25 We stopped in for treats. The blackberry cobbler was great. The spice cake was really good. I do prefer it not be refrigerated but it was good nonetheless. The coconut cream pie was tasty. We had coffee but prefer half and half or real cream (which they don't have) vs milk. They do have powdered creamer but no thanks! Seemed expensive for the size of slices that you get but we understand inflation. Nice quiet atmosphere. Service was good.

Parking: Plenty of parking space with the gravel parking lot surrounding the building. Just off the main drag in Ava Illinois.

Wheelchair accessibility: They are wheelchair accessible it's just a slight bump over the entrance of the doorway but plenty wide to fit even an extra large wheelchair through.
