I've been going to this bar and grill for 20+ years and they have always had great food, great service, and it's a great place to hang out and drink after hours! This is one of our favorite relaxed places to eat. They always have great food and equally great service...with a sense of humor which is always a plus! Their steaks, fish, salads (with their homemade dressing) and sandwiches have always been delicious each time we've eaten there.
The food was good. A bit pricey. The server was friendly and the atmosphere was inviting. I've been going to Gabbys for a long time and the new owners have done some renovations and updates. Its always been a nice place to go.Kid-friendliness: The establishment does have a bar but its been very family oriented since I can remember. There is a dining area outside that is really nice and also the option to dine away from the bar in the back dining room.Parking: Parking options in front and in the back

Looking for a great meal in a small town?Here's a place where the cook wasn't satisfied with the delicious, small pieces of hot chicken she had available when initially filling our plates, so they were sent out hot, then she brings out additional large, hot pieces as soon as they are ready, and then, literally runs back to the kitchen to keep things moving there!The fried chicken was hot and tasty. Most sides were delicious (house chips and potato salad). The baked potato was ok. Mashed potatoes were recommended by the waitress but they were out, however people that had been there before recommended choosing other sides over the mashed potatoes.Yes, we'll go back.
