Service and food was excellent. The noise level so high you could not have a four way conversation. I would never seat in the half moon table with a party of four. I was vey disappointed! The table I request was not available at 5.30 pm reservation that I made 3 days prior. No communication was given to us..

Our waiter was very sweet. However, for a restaurant of this caliber, all waiters and waitresses should understand clearly vegetarian, vegan, plant based, pescatarian, etc. I said I was vegan, plant based and didn't want cheese. I made a special order that wasn't on the menu using noodles and sauces that were on the menu. I received a plate of pasta with cheese (I think ricotta) that I just scraped off because I didn't want to send it back or waste food. Otherwise, it was a lovely evening!

One of my favorite places to eat. Whether dining room, high top or seated at the bar...always an amazing meal with great drink choices, excellent Italian dishes, desserts and attentive service.

Always have a lovely dining experience-the staff is exceptional-our server Rose-was terrific! The only negative with Francescas-is the noise level-the acoustics are terrible-people are unable to talk to each other in a normal voice-I felt like I was always raising my voice-to compete with the tables around us!. Really need to redesign the diningroom-break it up somehow-too much open space. Thanks!

Coming from the city and having been to Mia Francesca's many times, I enjoyed Francesca's Familia, but would note that I would like a bigger selection on main dishes, including some classics. Being a regular act, Riccardo Trattoria in the city so far this is the closest I have gotten as a new home owner here .

So loud we could not hear each other and the restaurant was only 1/2 full. Food was average at best. Service was great...attentive and friendly. All the pictures along the banquette were crooked....we wanted to go over and fix them.

We love going to Francesca Famiglia! The service is top notch and the food is fantastic. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and make you feel like your the only ones at the restaurant with all the attention they give you.

Everything was excellent with the one exception being the NOISE!! A party of 10 women to our right and a family of 6 to our left with two very exuberant children. Dad had to speak very loudly to be heard over the 10 women. Everything was very funny to the women and their laughter took over the room. The section right next to ours was empty and it would have been a good idea if they were farther away from the other guests. It was hard for us to hear our own conversation. Our wait staff was wonderful as was the food. We have no other complaints. Just a strong suggestion!!
Went for the first time to celebrate my wife's birthday. Unfortunately, the pasta was way too salty, and our server accidentally brought the wrong dishes to the table twice. We did let them know about the pasta, and the manager was kind and offered us a discount, which we appreciated. Overall, the experience was okay — we've had better Italian food elsewhere. The dessert, though, was excellent and definitely the highlight of the meal.
