Not only were the pretzels amazing and so fresh, but the store did a great job making its customers feel safe during covid-19 pandemic; the person working was wearing a mask correctly, washed their hands, and put on gloves before touching the pretzels. Contactless payment too and you can order ahead. So pleased to see businesses who make great food also acknowledging good hygiene practices and being socially responsible. Way to go Gnarly Knots! 5 stars!
I don’t know of any other place that makes stuffed pretzels like these. They rotate their menu I think 4 times per year and have different specials. Some of my favorites have been the 3 cheese stuffed and the Italian beef because they are bursting at the seams with stuff. The desert ones are delicious as well such as the chocolate chip cookie dough stuffed into a pretzel.
We really wanted to like it but we got there about an hour after they opened on a Saturday and the few pretzels they had left didn't look great and they didn't have meatball and mozz, which their website said was the special for Saturday. Oh well. Maybe we'll try again...
