“It's been over two weeks since my family and I visited The Polish American Bistro. It would be remiss of me not to leave a wonderful review of this lovely restaurant! Ania and Darek, the owners, are the nicest and most hospitable people ever! Since I have family in Poland, it was fun to talk to them about their homeland. Now about their food . . . it's completely amazing! I ordered galumpki (ground beef and rice wrapped in cabbage). The tomato sauce on top was so delicious, it spun circles around the sauce my grandma used to make (sorry, Grandma!)! My husband ate a breaded pork cutlet with mashed potatoes. SO tasty! And my daughter opted for a cheeseburger that looked and tasted so great that we even returned the next day to order another cheeseburger to go! Our entrees were accompanied by a side of two types of salad - one made of marinated red cabbage, and the other was their super delectable authentic Polish sour cream, cucumbers and dill. As you can tell, our dinner itself was a 5-star experience. Last but not least, I must discuss their DESSERTS! When you walk into Ania and Darek's restaurant, your eyes will immediately be drawn to their multi-tier display of desserts. Unfortunately, since our stomachs were full after our delicious dinner, we couldn't even think of dessert. However, take-home was still an option! So I asked Ania to escort me to the dessert case and tell me about her sweet treats. It turns out she owns a bakery in another suburb, and all the desserts are made on location at the bakery FROM SCRATCH! So we took a few home (see photo), ate them the next evening, and they did not disappoint! I loved them all, especially the vanilla custard inside the eclair and fruit tart! The chocolately hazelnut dessert was a Kinder Bueno torte. I want to go back and try more of these amazing treats! You should really go check out The Polish American Bistro, whether or not you are Polish! They have food for everyone. Dziękuję Ania and Darek!“

I was wary that this location in Schaumburg would not compare favorably. I was wrong! Food was great; service was fabulous; ambiance was way fun for us!“

“I tracked my order and it stayed on "we are baking your order". It never alerted me it was done, so I went in at the end of the estimated pick up time and it was ready. But it was now, not fresh and hot like I like it. I order from time to time and this was the first time I was not happy with my pizza.“

“One of my favorite places in Cary. Great owner, super nice and a great business man. I have tried a few different dishes from here and am obsessed with their caprese salad, chopped salad, buffalo chicken wrap, and their cauliflower crust pizza. They have delivery and also pickup. Their fruit when in season is super fresh and I honestly cant even find that fresh at a grocery store. Sometimes I drive 20 minutes to pick up their super fresh caprese salad and fruit side. Definitely recommend giving this place a shot if you haven't already!!! By far one of my favorite go to in Cary!“

“We sort of fell upon Joanie's when we went to the Strawberry Festival in Long Grove and it was the star attraction for all of us!!! My husband and I had the most delicious salad that we completely devoured in record time along with that mouthwatering cheesy pizza that we ordered along with it!!! My Mom and Aunt ordered the chicken and Mom commented...."Now that's the way chicken is supposed to be made!!!" They were served a large tray with 4 LARGE pieces of chicken, potatoes, and long buns!!! They took half of it home and had it for dinner tonight!!! But the piece de resistance was the hot homemade strawberry rhubarb pie with vanilla ice cream that seriously 4 of us shared!!!! Wow!!! What a treat!!! Oh... and....Our meals were served Hot....not cold....HOT...out of the oven.....again, the way a meal should be served! HOT!!! ha ha ha...The ambience was fun and the view of the water from our vantage point was just breathtaking!!! Our server Derrick was such a nice young man! He was professional, made certain that we were ok, and went back and forth many times for those extra things that we needed for our meal!!! I'm certain that it was very hectic for all of the servers during the fest, but they handled the crowds so well!!! Again, we were just thrilled to have stumbled on Joanie's!!! “NPT is the best pizza in the suburbs of Chicago! It is Neopolitan style pizza and they have pasta dishes as well. Their appetizers are excellent, their Tiramisu is top notch, and they have a good selection of wines and Italian sodas. Get over to NPT for authentic Neopolitan pizzas!“

“Tonight we went out to eat with 9 people. The food and service were amazing, but that actually isn’t even the reason I’m leaving this review. This is the first time my autistic son has been out to eat for this length of time. I felt this restaurant was super laid back and a great family atmosphere. They have an are with claw machines for the kids to try out and get up while they wait for their food. I feel like there aren’t many restaurants anymore like this and it was a game changer for us. It would definitely have me going back to go out eat there again because of it. Thank you for having such a wonderful place for families to go out to eat.“

“We just had a large 100 person event and used Geno Nottolini’s for the first time after seeing an advertisement for catering. I was worried because using a new company and me being responsible. I was so happy we did, the food was excellent, on time, plenty of food and our attendees had so much to say, all compliments. They were easy to work with as well, We will use them again and again!! “My husband and I are in town for one night and had to have some Giordano’s pizza! I have a gluten sensitivity so I was very happy to have the option of ordering gf crust, which was really good! Nothing beats normal dough, but their gf crust measures up well! We also wanted to take our leftover pizza with us and they were willing to put it in containers and wrap in plastic for us so we could take it home in a cooler. They were so nice to do this for us. Very friendly place and great service, as well as food!

“We were so happy to find that Little Joey's was still here after we moved away from the area for 14yrs! We started getting pizza from Little Joey's when they first opened - our son Joey was 5 or 6 at the time, so it was perfect! Now, their pizza quality has remained very good! We love their Chicago style deep dish, simple pepperoni or sausage, or even getting a spinach and garlic pizza is nice. Most of the time we get a Greek salad to go along with the pizza. Our favorite local pizza place! (We just miss the delivery van with the phone on top when they first opened ☹️)....“
