I went there today just to get some ranch dressing because it is on point and what ranch at it's best tastes like. Clean establishment, comfortable, simple and amazing food with kind and compassionate employees. Props to you all and I hope everyone in St.Charles trys your restaurant. “The steamed BBQ pork buns are a must! Beyond delicious. I also am a huge fan of the gluten-free thin rice noddles that I substitute in my main dish typically! The spicy ramen broth is delicious (my husbands go-to). If you are in a rush, this might not be the place for you. A true mom and pap shop, perfecting every dish before serving. For my husband and I, it’s well worth the wait for the authentic divine flavors. Great portion sizes as well!“

“Another great meal at moto imōto. I stopped in to have a drink before dinner with friends and Kaylee was our delightful bartender. She was knowledgeable and very attentive. She’s very friendly and a great fit for the restaurant. When I was seated for dinner Tyler was my server. Excellent service and very knowledgeable of the menu. Kudos to the kitchen staff - my appetizer and meal were not only brought to my table immediately, but tasted wonderful. It was a busy Mother’s Day dinner service, but everything seemed to run very smoothly. As I watched the rest of the staff, everyone seemed friendly and attentive to the diners. Moto imōto is one of my favorite restaurants in town and I will continue to come back again and again.“

“Dinner | $20–30 Service is very poor here, especially after they hired a new chef who uses garbage ingredients and does not even use the ingredients that is listed on the food description. We ordered the basil Thai rice with chicken after having a good experience the first time with nice large pieces of white meat chicken. Well sadly the second time instead of using chicken, they put a bunch of mushrooms and there are not supposed to be any mushrooms in there and there was not any chicken. So I called and I spoke with Annie, who was supposed to be the manager. She said that I would have my next mail free. So I called today and ordered basil fried rice with chicken. Instead of getting basil fried rice with chicken I got a small container of brown rice plain and then a container of something that looks like ground beef with a few basil, leafs and onion. It was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever had and it was absolutely not basil fried rice. It looked like they ground up chicken organs, and it tasted even worse. I would avoid this place at all cost because clearly they don’t care about quality and service any longer and when they make a big mistake, they double down and make the mistake again and they don’t really care to make things right.“

What was disappointing was the extra dine-in 18 percent surcharge over and above other taxes on our bill! Not happy!“
