Excellent food, service, the quantities are larger than expected and with quite reasonable prices, the boba teas are super delicious, my favorite is the coconut one, and the person at the register serves with great warmth and patience, thank you very much.

I am sorry to say that over time the quality of the food has really gone down. I stopped ordering egg roll from here because they are just not good. There is a note about peanut butter sauce that I have never received. I came to like the tempura shrimp but last night they were not as good as usual. The Mongolian beef was ok although a bit overcooked and possibly the knife skills could have been improved.There were no crispy noodles as stated on the menu, other than the ones I ordered and paid extra for. I have been coming here for a number of years but less and less often as the food quality has progressively gotten worse and prices have substantially increased as with most things. I do not mind paying the price for the quality expected. I even had issues with the revised website. Overall not a great experience...Sorry....

They are ripping the customer I order 3 individual orders and they give me only 2 hot sauce supposed to be get 3 hot sauce and they charged me for extra so I recommend don’t go this place and staff also talked rude so I don’t like this place any more

I was in the area and craved some Chinese food. I was hopeful about this place. Visually, the food looked great but lacked flavor. It was simply bland and extremely oily. As for the service, the owner or manager was rude to the cashier who took our order. He scolded her in front of us. I feel sorry that she has to endure such nasty behavior.
This is the first time ordering from BAO, the food was delicious, this well be my place to go for Asian food from now on.

Wow...a foodie who loves Chinese food (me) ordered Uber Eats from Bao Chinese Gourmet this evening. I give 5 stars...can I give 6 stars? I ordered 3 meals for my family and steamed broccoli.
Stir-Fried Udon Large • Chicken Szechuan Spicy Large • Beef Chow Fun (Large) Steamed Broccoli All were perfect. Not greasy, arrived quickly, fresh and hot and perfectly seasoned. The last time I ordered from here was soon after they ordered. Obviously I should have been ordering more often. I will order and recommend. Sorry I didn't take pics. Best Chinese meal I have had in a long time.

5 star with Uber Eats. Best Chinese I've had in a while. Ordered 3 meals and all were excellent. Stir-Fried Udon, Szechuan Beef, Chow Fun It arrived quickly and was still hot. The meat and shrimp was good! I didn't think to take pics- sorry. I will definitely order from Bao again.
