Under new management and it shows! The new owner has really turned what used to be my favorite late night dive into a friendly, "Cheers" -esque establishment. Came by recently and it turns out I was just in time for the soft open of the brand new kitchen. Extremely clean and the chef knows his way around a burger! The only thing this place ever lacked was food and now that problem has been solved. A nice variety of "bar food" but also home cooked fresh of the flattop smashburgers are what sets Bracht's apart from the competition. The staple of this place has always been the frozen pizzas and they are still available but why would you order that when you could have fresh fries, mozzarella sticks, jalapeno poppers, chicken tenders or even better the wings with a large variety of flavors! My old stomping grounds have really upgraded and from what I hear, there's no end in sight. Just wish some of the old familiars were still around to enjoy the new renovations.Vegetarian options: Impossible burgers, fish filets, cheese sticks.

One star because it's close to my house lol. I only came here once to meet someone for a drink. The bartender old lady is super grumpy and clearly hates her job especially during the late hours. This place has been around for a long time, but we don't need any dive bars in Bartlett and this one is below dive. It's the only one open super late though whenever everyone else is closed. But at that point everyone should be going home anyways!

It used to be a fun place where we could go out to and hang with our friends. The daytime bartenders, Chris, Kathy, and Ross, were awesome. I used to think and feel it was safe here. The crowd has changed. The weekend bartender ran the old crowd out, including us. No one likes to go there because of him. On nights like 4th of July Feast and Tutkey raffel everyone use to pile in but no wants wants to deal with him. He is crabby. That's the nicest thing I can say right now. The crowd seems different. It's gone downhill since the owner died and his wife is about to. Back in the day, it was awesome. I think when EIGHTBALL died, the bar died too. I will say this was under the old owner, not the new owner.

First This service sucks the staff is drunk! Old lady with glasses she doesn't know how to check IDs is she drunk? She acts like she can't read an ID correctly

Worst bartender ever. I tipped him every single time we ordered a drink and this man was literally yelling at ppl saying they were wasting his time. I wish I got his name but he was a white man and bald. good luck if u have to deal with him when u go. He shouldn't be working any customer service job. He's EXTREMELY RUDE

Wow. Yelp took down my well deserved only 1 star review to this place. They don't deserve your business! They disrespect people they don't like. If I say more it will be taken down which is very shocking & shows me I can't trust Yelp to have honest reviews. Note to self.
The manager Erin & Willie the bartender have made it very clear that the local elderly are NOT welcome at this bar. My friend who is an 80 year old man, a Navy Vet & full time care taker of his wife of 60 years who has advanced dementia was banned from this place for no good reason. -They just didn’t like him. Willie in particular didn’t like him & was very disrespectful to him on multiple occasions. -Who yells at an old man? Shame on you Willie for not respecting your elders! I know this man well, he barely drinks, max 2 beers a night, is not a trouble maker. He’s just older & that bothers some people apparently. I hope management changes soon so we can be inviting of all citizens young & old. -Especially now during Pride month where we honor & celebrate acceptance & love of all!-They definitely lost my respect & business.

Wille rocks... owner and staff are awesome... dealing with drunks that are being ridiculous in demands and expectations.... They give great service to everyone and when you're being an a** .... Yes they are going to cut you off or ban you. I also work in a bar/restaurant... if you can't go out and eat/drink in public and act like someone who can go out and handle themselves... go somewhere else. ... long time customer

Been coming here for 20 plus years. Comfortable neighborhood bar that bans problem people. If you leave a bad review and complain about being banned then you are the problem. People that harass women or other patrons are soon asked to leave and not come back. Glad to be a part of such a great place.

I used to come here all the time but ever since Ross has been here. He cares more about the girls and then the people. He was giving some girl kisses and drinks at the slot machines, check the cameras. I went to the bar to get a drink, he said I have woman to service then you. Then he told me the girls at the bar were too important that can wait because I don't tip. Please I always tip over $10 even if my tab is only $6. You just care about the money you're a shady person. If this guy is here you won't get my business. You're welcome Ross. You only care about the women. You care less about the long-term customers. Love you Ross you're the best bartender ever you wish.

A pretty good old school bar with a bar in the middle and is between two sections of the building. This establishment looks like a fun place to hang out and if your local this is a place to go and drink and watch television
