We finally tried Carbon Express. I'm happy we did.
The chicken is juicy and well seasoned with small bits of char that highlight the flavor of the spices used. The Empanadas, both chicken and beef, were hot and delicious. The yucca fries and plantain Maduro tied it all together. If you're a fan of flavor, Carbon Express is the place to go.

Wonderful Customer Service!

I ordered through Grubhub Ajiaco Soup but it wasn’t available. The Restaurant refunded the soup. After the driver called me and put me on with the manager they gave me a different soup at no charge! I offered my credit card but she refused and instead said if I enjoy the food to give them a review.

Customer service like this deserves a 5* review!

First and last time, the food was cold, the price was reasonable, but at the time of paying they take your card and make the transaction themselves and put the percentage of tip they think they want, without asking, something that is optional do it.

Very bad experience, at first the prices looked good, but when it came time to pay they charged you too much, they added a tip with the percentage they wanted because they didn't consult you, and by the way the food was all cold, the chicken was super burnt, a total disappointment.

We felt cheated...the food was served cold, the chicken was super burnt...they took our tip without consulting the percentage...I mean, it seems disrespectful to me!

Very bad impression, when you arrive you see the menu and the very good prices when it comes to paying a fiasco, first the cold food, the literally burnt roast chicken, in my case with my husband, we ordered a paisa tray I think 19 dollars, the rice with chicken 14 a mango juice 4 dollars and a jug of paper only water without panela, 10 dollars we paid almost 73 dollars they charge you for table service what they want, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL, I FELT SCAMMED.
