The food is good service is good. I have a small gripe. I think it's more corporate. I spend $18 on lunch. Double burger bacon large drink and cheese curds. (I'm chubby🤷♂️) I asked for marinara for the curds and I'm told it's extra. I know it's a small issue. It just sucks is all. $18+ should cover a sauce.

Store closes at 10:00pm. Rolled up to drive through at 9:40. "Sold out" of ALL ice cream/custard. I call b.s. They just started cleaning up the machine early so they could go home earlier. Not honoring hours of operation.

Would love to give 5 stars but I can't. Consistently screws up orders. As goofy as this sounds, it was our 26th anniversary and we didn't want anything fancy bc we all ready did that for lunch. We thought Culver's. We wants tenders and onion rings and slaw. I asked for 3 sauces and paid for the 3rd one. Didn't get anything when I came home and looked. Wofe was ticked. It's Consistently things like that. Extra ice. We get no ice. Chili with all the extras and no extras. Huh..... well we'll have to find some other Culver's that won't screw it up and actually listen and care about what the customer asked for and give it to them.
I love this Culver's location in Bartlett. Food is the freshest!

We don’t have many of these in OH, it’s a treat when we find one. Place was clean, restrooms excellent, food was fresh & hot. I love ordering the kids meal because I get their ice cream, he ordered the peach mango smoothie WOW!

My myself and my mom and step father ate at Bartlett Culver's. I Ordered a double burger with fries and soda. My mom ordered fish and water. And my stepfather ordered a double burger with fries and drinks. The drinks have a free refill.
