The man who was working the speaker and window today at 1pm was imcompetent. Got order wrong 4 times, once i got to the window he didnt put the lid on my drink and it spilled all over me and my car. So stupid.

The food is good service is good. I have a small gripe. I think it's more corporate. I spend $18 on lunch. Double burger bacon large drink and cheese curds. (I'm chubby🤷♂️) I asked for marinara for the curds and I'm told it's extra. I know it's a small issue. It just sucks is all. $18+ should cover a sauce.
Store closes at 10:00pm. Rolled up to drive through at 9:40. "Sold out" of ALL ice cream/custard. I call b.s. They just started cleaning up the machine early so they could go home earlier. Not honoring hours of operation.
