Last 2 times I went my order was wrong. This time I ordered a medium caramel fudge cheesecake blizzard with chocolate ice cream and it was made with vanilla ice cream. Along with that there was snickerdoodle in it. I didn’t even ask for that nor do I like it so I threw the blizzard out. Before this time, I ordered a medium caramel fudge cheesecake with Graham base. It was just a vanilla cheesecake blizzard with Graham base! No caramel and no fudge candies! Very disappointed.

The kid with a curly pubic hair needs to To listen to customers a little better than he does. Pass through times I've been there. He's messed up my orders, and he's just ignorant and rude over. He keeps saying over the speaker OK. Is that it pull up to the window 0? Customer service skills. indians need a fire him

Ordered 3 pumpkin pie blizzards through drive thru and definitely didn't receive the correct order. We had some Snickers -Reese blizzards instead. Tried calling but call would not go through. so decided to drive back and have them correct it. They had the same kid who made them wrong in the 1st place make them. Again they were wrong - definitely not really pumpkin flavored. They tried giving me the blizzards with no whip cream, no nutmeg topping. The kid at the window said they don't come with whip cream but if that's what you want. I gave up after that & didn't even bother to tell them that they still weren't correct. The teens are lacking some training on the seasonal items.

I ordered a DQ soft serve cone. Instead of getting the "DQ Soft serve" I got something on the order of frozen custard. It didn't even melt like soft serve. I had to actually bite the custard to get anything.

Usually the blizzard is good and made as i requested. This last time it was horrible with a lot if chocolate sauce I never requested. When I called a few minutes ago to question it the little girl who answered kept trying to make me believe it was always made that way rather than admit someone messed up. I won't go back to a place that cannot get a simple ice cream request correct and then blame it on the customer.

It's a gorgeous summer day, and I deserved a sundae. I got everything I ordered, and it came with a squirt of humor, too. I left satisfied.Soft serve ice cream can be had anywhere, but Dairy Queen's peanut butter sauce is Special with a capital S. I love it always, and it was delicious here, too. There are a lot of indoor tables (no public bathroom though), but I dined al fresco on the picnic tables outside.I ordered a small peanut butter sundae with whipped cream and pecans. It was delicious and beautiful, emphasis on the whip and nuts. Remember: it's not about the size, it's how you use it. I'm not sure a limo could navigate the drive-thru, but this would be a great place for a bachelorette party to end the night.
I used the drive thru. I purchased a butterscotch dipped small cone. It was a nice cold refreshing treat on a hot day. They do give senior discounts. One benefit of being older!

If I could give zero stars I would. I was sitting at the drive thru window waiting for my order to be made when the employee dropped the cup for my blizzard looked at me then continued to put icecream in said cup. Then got icecream on the side of the cup and the used her hands to put it inside my blizzard cup. This is absolutely disgusting and completely unsanitary

I had a hot fudge shake. A little disappointed that it was just like a chocolate shake. I guess I was thinking it would have hot fudge swirled in or at least on the top/bottom. A little on the costly side. It was good though.
