Its 6 pm and i tried to go inside with my daughter but the door was closed. Upon asking looks like there will be only one person working so they close the dining area. Disappointing as my daughter was looking forward to enjoy her donut while sitting there.

Worst experience! Don’t go to this Dunkin! First I tried to go in to the lobby it was close by 6 when it states open until 9. I had to repeat my order multiple times. When we got to the window the worker FAISAL, attend us and we got curious and ask why she had only told us that she only had two types of donuts when clearly they had a variety. She proceeded to blame us and stated how we had asked for those we let her know we did not. Then we asked to place an order of donuts mind you there was no line, she proceeded to give us attitude and aggressively throwing the donuts we asked for in the box. Then she proceeded to check us out and tell us because of you I have 3 more cars now. I’m sorry but that isn't our fault I ask why didn’t they have more people working if it’s this way I let her know that I work in customer service and this is not okay to talk to customer in that way and put the blame on them when they are asking for a service! Please do better don’t blame your customers for a restaurant not being run properly and if needed have more people in store to help!

Great Dunkin Donuts location. The place was empty when I visited on a weekday afternoon so I was in and out very quickly. The drive thru is nice and wide and parking was ample. The menu board in the drive thru is also bright and clear with large fonts for all menu items. I was the only car in line and my coffee was ready by the time I pulled up to the window.
So rude for absolutely no reason, lady didn’t understand me which, totally fine no problem I mumble, but immediately caught an attitude like I’m sorry?

Poorly ran, have to repeat myself multiple times and the order is still wrong. Wait time, well ur just gonna sit there at the window until there done argueing with each other. Then after u guys made eye contact about 3 times then they will come to window and rush the proccess like they were busy / like there was a line infront or behind you, (You are the only one there) food was room tempature. This is the only dunkin within a 5 mile radius of me. And im now content to travel farther just so i dont need to deal with the incompetent idiots you guys hire. Ive seen high schoolers run a dunkin more professionally then YOU. Thank you for your time and hope you all have a great day.?

Third time there this week. Third time they mess up my order. The people that used to work there were fine it seems like they have new management and the people working the window I have no idea what is going on. They get the order right on the order screen they ring it up correctly it's not correct on the receipt but what they give me is not what I paid for or ask for.

Haven't had an issue with our food like the rest. We order coffee and chocolate long johns... not a difficult order. Yet the *same* drive-through lady every single time is rude, slow, and gets the order wrong. I'd understand if they were busy, but we go outside of peak hours. I'm sure she's a good worker, but it's clear that there's a language barrier, and this location has several other employees who can help at the intercom.
