Absolutely horrible experience ordering a custom ice cream cake from this location. I submitted a custom ice cream cake order on Sunday at noon and scheduled pick-up for Wednesday at noon. I show up at 12:30pm to pick up my order on Wednesday and the manager said “there was something wrong with my order” aka it wasn’t ready. The manager is absolutely useless and didn’t offer me anything to make it right other than to waste my time by making it while I waited. I will never order anything from this location again. I will take my ice cream cake orders to Dairy Queen instead! :)

Nija the lady taking the order from the drive through is very unprofessional. She is not allowing you to speak your full order. She cuts you off mid sentence to finish your sentence. She also gave me a total without allowing me to finish ordering. She needs to learn to listen to the customers fully before speaking and at the end ask “is that all for today” or something else, instead of rushing and cutting you off. I come to this dunkin at least 2/3 times a week. Other than that no issues with the food or other staff.

Horrible service and very disappointing - every time you go the staff appears unhappy and annoyed, like you’re bothering them. They hand you your items without a smile, or thank you - it’s rude. Also, they fill the iced drinks with so much ice you get less than a few ounces of the beverage you ordered.
Terrible ice tea, it tastes like coffee which I do not drink.
I think they brew it in the same container as they do some of the coffee resulting in a heavy coffee taste.
And for those of us who do not like coffee it’s disappointing when you expect a tea flavor.
