Horrible service and very disappointing - every time you go the staff appears unhappy and annoyed, like you’re bothering them. They hand you your items without a smile, or thank you - it’s rude. Also, they fill the iced drinks with so much ice you get less than a few ounces of the beverage you ordered.

Terrible ice tea, it tastes like coffee which I do not drink.
I think they brew it in the same container as they do some of the coffee resulting in a heavy coffee taste.
And for those of us who do not like coffee it’s disappointing when you expect a tea flavor.

Drink and Food we're as expected. It was the customer service that was unpleasant. There was no acknowledgment that were even inside. We were the only customers inside, and there were like 7 employees.
I was refused a refund for a drink I never ordered. Initially the employee went to refund me until the manager came and asked me if I could just "come back tomorrow" for it or take another sandwich in return. I kept explaining that I didn't need or want anything else and that I had to go to work but they continued to try and barter with me. She also tried to blame the mistake on me for "confusing them" while ordering. Eventually I tried to tell them to give the drink to the next guy in line but they refused. I finally told them to just give me a donut or something and let me go as I had to go to work and was holding up the entire drive through. 10/10 would NOT recommend this location, nor will I be back

Horrible place, running around like crazy people it’s a zoo and a clown show in this place, I would recommend getting new employees as none of them spoke a lick of English I was very confused and would just nod yes or no I’m not even sure what I got for my order

The ice cream is horrible it was all melting, and the one they took from the back tasted like it had melted, and they refroze it it tasted almost spoiled. They had said that they had told the owners, and the owners said they didn't care. If you don't care about your business, then don't have a business.
