I come here once a week, on my morning drive to work. They get my order right every time and are super friendly. I'm a big dunkin donuts fan. :)

I ordered a large hot caramel latte. When i got the coffee it felt light and i asked the person at the window "is this coffee full?" She said "yes, its just very foamy". I have been at other location ordering this drink hundreds of time it was never foamy like this. The fact that they don't even wait for the foam to settle and gave me a coffee that's less than half after I asked if it was full is disappointing. The manager Evelyn Andrade email me to go back to the store to get a refund after I put in a complaint on the app. It's $5 not worth my time to go back neither do I live close to this location. A simple refund fix they can't do unless I go back to the store is also very disappointing. I do not usually write review but this is really beyond me. I'd give it a 0 star if I could.

Burnt Croissant and terrible customer service. The line was 20 mins long and then received the wrong order. I understand your bottom line is important but hire more help and train your staff better. Won’t be returning to this Dunkin.

horrible customer service. ignored my mom when they gave her the wrong order. they refused to look at the order placed on her phone let her stand there for 5+ min before she ultimately decided to leave. if any owner/ manager is reading this, you seriously need to communicate with your team or get a new one.
The coffee taste like hot water, it's the third time that this happens, the personal are very kind, I'll buy somewhere else.
Food is regularly undercooked at this location and the drinks are hit or miss in accuracy. They were out of a syrup and instead of telling me, made my drink with a completely different flavor. I would rather know my options than it be chosen for me.

Terrible workers, customer service and the food was not good or appetizing at all
Normally was our go to location but after today i don’t think so, they took our order guy sounded very confused when we order two toasted croissants. He finalized our order pulled forward and it’s our turn to pay teenage boy charged us then comes to window and tell us that they ran out of the croissants, fine we get them replaced by some donuts no issue and while we’re still waiting him and some other young boy are having a full on conversation and the other young boy tells him that his ho*ny all while having the drive thru window open. Made me feel very uncomfortable just wanted to ask for a refund but we had already been waiting in line for a while since they were busy. Seems like sundays they have a lot of young people working nothing wrong with that they just need to make sure they’re working and keeping conversations profesional and actual work seemed like they were busy cause they weren’t doing their job
My donuts were stale and nasty. This is happened to me multiple times at this location.
Ordered 2 donuts, handed bag of one. I checked and asked for the other one. Handed dirty napkins to me from where he was wiping off my cup that spilled. I ordered an XL said didn't look right and again employee stayed it was an XL. Got home grabbed cup from yesterday and golly I paid for XL and was give a large.
Busy, staff was busy so interactions were short with no pleasantries. Took a while to get my order in, took longer to get my food and drink. I was a walk in order, the drive thru was busy.
