Eggceptional Cafe Breakfast & Lunch

We came 40min before closing and service was extremely slow, we waited a good 15min just for our drinks to be ordered. Once we ordered and our food finally we still arrived there were items missing. The restaurant has good appeal and potential but there is some things to work on.

They are so unorganized!

Food was delicious, service was good, prices were reasonable, and the music created a relaxing atmosphere.

The french toast was especially good, it was very fluffy and the sausage was so good.

Also, the food was presented neatly, it was a nice touch. Thanks!

Hasn't been here in awhile, everything was good. Surprised that there was only one or table being used, the place was empty.

Not their fault I get it, but for my first time going and they are short staffed on a Sunday morning, not a good first impression. We waited about 5 minutes to be acknowledged to be seated. The food came out a bit longer than normal, but it was tolerable, what was long was getting a cup of coffee. And the cup was dirty with dried coffee stains on the outside but I drank it, opposed to waiting another 10 minutes for another cup. The inside was clean and maintained, so that's a plus. I rarely go out for breakfast so no loss for them, but I probably won't come back. The food wasn't spectacular enough to come again. Had the lemon blueberry french toast and it was lacking something, not sure what. It looked wonderful though, but there wasn't a lot of taste to it where you go omg yum!

So much food for the price

I always come back here for eggceptional food and service!! Dean was our server and he’s friendly and attentive. It was busy as it’s Father’s Day, but the Benedict I ordered came in a timely manner and was fresh. The restaurant is always clean and is a nice atmosphere to catch up with loved ones over some high quality food! 10/10 would recommend, especially if Dean is working :)

Overall experience was less than mediocre. Will not be going back, like EVER. The hostess was not the friendliest person. Dean was not rude but could really care less about being there. The food looked like it had been sitting/waiting a bit before it came out (and no, they were NOT busy in the slightest-the staff WAS BUSY talking it up amongst themselves though). My meal said nothing about tomatoes mixed in, but there they were, everywhere. Supposed to have tomatillo sauce which was not provided. (Screen shot of menu specs included) I barely ate even half my meal (due to the tomatoes throughout) and Dean couldn’t be bothered to ask if there was something wrong with my meal…clueless or simply didn’t care (pic included).
Oh and the *three* tortilla strips were stale lol
Less than impressed. Never ever again.
And no, I’m not a Karen, just expect to get what I ordered…and smart enough to know to not complain because whatever they would have remade would most likely include spit or something of the like.

Came in for breakfast this morning. Friendly staff & very accomodating & kept an eye on refills ! Will be coming back ! Great prices as well & comfortable seating. Dean is the best ask for him. Mimosas available as well for a great start to your morning :)

This cafe is truly a gem in Bartlett! Super cozy vibes, great food, and the staff is very friendly! Must-visit spot for great meal.

The food was amazing, I had the Meat Lover Skillet. It has been by far the best skillet I have ever had and my favorite now. The service was amazing too, they would check on us very often to see how everything was. I very much recommend this place.

I had Cat as my waitress and she was so welcoming and was accommodating with my son’s dietary restrictions. Not many breakfast places are so attentive to his needs and I really appreciated it!

This place is so good I had Dean as my waiter. Fast and very good service even though it was busy. Food wise is very good as well. Would for sure come back.
