I would like them to make a filter among their collaborators, especially the Mr. who I imagine is the manager of the establishment who with his terrible and bad energy makes such an unpleasant atmosphere from the entrance, the last times I have bought There I have placed my pick-up orders for the same reason and the same man in a few words demands a tip from me when he is not even providing me with a service, as I must see many with disproportionate discontent. Of the rest, I love the pavilion empanadas and the banana and cheese mechada. I hope they take action on the matter as soon as possible!

This place is a hidden gem. Warm and welcoming staff, great plates and options to choose from and the Chicha is a must!

Bad service. Zero friendliness, they serve you with a bad face and in a rude manner. The food was good, but with service like this it doesn't make me come back... I was talking to some friends about this and apparently this place is famous for bad service, I hope they can improve.

Horrible attention to a disaster, lack of respect, he believes he is the last Coca-Cola in the desert

Went to dinner there, for starters, the waitress barely spoke English. However I didn’t have an issue since she was really trying to communicate and used her phone to translate. A+ to her for not letting the language barrier prevent me from ordering. I ordered a beef empanada and 2 pastelito (one beef one chicken). I received a chicken empanada and 2 beef pastelitos. Overall I guess that didn’t really matter since they basically were the same thing (the deep fried breading tasted the same). The issue I had is that the pastelito was very cold in the middle. It’s obvious the food isn’t fresh and they take it out of the freezer and deep fry it (which they couldn’t even do correctly). I’m hoping at the very least it’s made there and not bought frozen and sold.

Mr. Jesus attended us, super attentive, the empanadas were very good, the ones with mechadas have a lot of meat. I recommend them when I return to Illinois, I would go to this place without thinking twice.

Horrible customer service, the waitresses or one of the managers think they are the latest Coca-Cola, they want to treat people as if they gave you things but I will never go back
