I called ahead. They told me the dining room was opened until 9pm The drive up was opened until 10pm.The manager also said they have the full menu until 10pm. I was literally 3 mi away when I called. I get there and the tell me they don't have any regular chicken left. It's 840pm and they tell me they stop cooking chicken at 815 pm for the night. I tell them I called ahead and asked. She tried to lie to me and say they just sold it all. Iwas said it took me 3 minutes to get here. Then the other lady came up and contradicted what the other lady said. I am just sick of dealing with people that could care less about what they do. If you don't like what you do get another job. If you don't want to work don't work. Ownership should start staffing restaurants with good people. Linda was employee that answered Jennifer was the manager that was worthless at best.

Why is it that 2 hours before closing that they can have no chicken left for original. And why are they cleaning everything 2 hours before the end of the day. The place is only open in 11 1/2 hours total and I can't even make sure that the customers are happy with food when they come in for food. And having the back door open the entire time customers are in there and freezing the entire place out is this kind of rude. And the lettuce on the tacos was half Frozen and so cold took all the heat out of the rest of the taco.

At the Bartlett location, they don't answer the phone so I drove there twice looking to order the original recipe chicken tenders. The second time I was told they don't have them at this location. Why are they advertising it if they don't have it?

Went for the new original recipe tenders advertised on TV. There was a 5 foot sign right at the counter for it. But they said it's the same as crispy. Then she checked with manger why everyone is asking. And she said they don't make it in this store. They seemed to have no idea about their sign or TV ad. I left without getting anything hungry and disappointed.

What a nasty dirty place, judge for yourself. Right at the door the dirt begins, they haven't cleaned the door handles in years. I went in and everywhere I looked was dirty, the counter and walls, I figured if this is what the customers can see, imagine the back of the restaurant. Needless to say, I walked out of there in a hurry without ordering. Health department should surprise this please, I'll bet you it will be shutdown in a hurry.
