Service was fantastic. Very friendly, helpful, and efficient staff. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The lobby was exceptionally clean, so its clear the workers take pride in their jobs. However, the building is sooo rundown!! At first I thought it had closed down! The women's bathroom was not operational. There was a smelly leak by the beverage center. So, maybe the owner of the building is falling down on the job? It's a shame, because these amazing workers deserve better!

I hope a Manager reads this. Ok. About 20 minutes ago, I came to the drive thru KFC Bartlett. I proceeded to place an order for a 8-piece meal, crispy chicken. The order taker told me it was going to be a 30 minute wait on chicken. I told her, nevermind I can't wait 30 minutes and before I left the drive thru line I told her, there seems to be a lot of issues when I come to this location (the last time I came, an order taker told me the grease in their fryer hadn't been serviced and changed in a month so all the chicken was frying in old grease causing the chicken to have a dirty brown color. After I left the drive thru line, I decided to call this KFC to get clarification on if the 30 minute wait was just for extra crispy chicken or all chicken including original receipt. The same order taker who was at the drive-thru window answered the phone. As soon as I asked for clarification, she interrupted and snapped at me and said she told me in the drive thru about the 30 minute wait. Then she asked me, do I want dirty chicken. I said, excuse me that is a very rude thing to say to a customer. She giggled and said, well if you don't want to wait for the fryer to be cleaned that's what you'll get. I told her I didn't know the fryer was being cleaned. I told her she was being very rude and asked to speak with a Manager. She mumbled something then hung up.

Consistently putting out feel bad food welcome to the worst KFC/Taco Bell conceptualized. We have went to this place several times and have been notably disappointed every time in most aspects. The chicken is hard and somewhat stale, the desserts that should be warm are cold, fries from there are sad and probably more, I've been afraid of going to this place because of how bad it's been so I'm not looking to punish myself any further.

Anything I was asking from drive-thru and the lady seemed so unfriendly and very rude and she kept on saying we don't have this we don't have this. I have never experienced this Behavior through drive-thru very unprofessional when I asked for manager she said she's the manager and when I asked for a store number she did not give me the store number. I would not recommend this place

I called ahead. They told me the dining room was opened until 9pm The drive up was opened until 10pm.The manager also said they have the full menu until 10pm. I was literally 3 mi away when I called. I get there and the tell me they don't have any regular chicken left. It's 840pm and they tell me they stop cooking chicken at 815 pm for the night. I tell them I called ahead and asked. She tried to lie to me and say they just sold it all. Iwas said it took me 3 minutes to get here. Then the other lady came up and contradicted what the other lady said. I am just sick of dealing with people that could care less about what they do. If you don't like what you do get another job. If you don't want to work don't work. Ownership should start staffing restaurants with good people. Linda was employee that answered Jennifer was the manager that was worthless at best.
