I ordered a deep dish half pepperoni half cheese pizza along with the cheese crazy puffs and Italian cheese bread. I got home and the pizza hardly had any cheese or sauce on it. It was hard and cold and not edible. The Italian cheese bread was also lacking cheese as well as being hard and cold. I called the store and was able to have my meal replaced for the next time I came in. Well, next visit with my free replacement meal was just as bad. The pizza was actually a bit warmer this time, but was lacking cheese and sauce AGAIN! It was also supposed to have extra cheese, which I said I would pay for. Again, it was supposed to be half pepperoni and half cheese and it was all pepperoni. I had placed my order in store since I couldn't get through on the phone and know I reiterated my toppings to the gentleman working there. The Italian cheese bread was a bit better but still lacking cheese. And the cheese crazy puffs were complete opposite of last time and were hard and cold. I ended up waiting an extra 15 minutes past the time the employee had told me. I understand to an extent as there were only 2 employees working on a busy Friday night. As I was waiting for my food I watched ones of the employees pull out a black, burnt pizza. This location needs to hire more employees. They also need to reevaluate the amount of ingredients/toppings they use. I go to other LC and have not had as many issues as I've had here in only 2 visits. It's unfortunate because they are 5 minutes down the road, but I'll go drive the extra 10 to get good food. I WILL NOT be returning to the Little Cesars Bartlett location and I highly suggest you go elsewhere also!!! Bad, cold, hard, lacking ingredients!!! Go to a different location!!!

I stopped in for the lunch special. I took it home and I wish I looked at the pizza before I left. The pizza is disgusting. The pizza is soggy and soft. The pizza looks like the cheese has sat under a light for hours. I called and complained. They did refund my money. However , I will never return to this location for pizza again.

I've been ordering my pizza and wings for the past 5 years and this will be the last time ordering from that location because of the rude and disrespectful attitude been given by your employees especially by a name Xavier. I ordered the 5 all meat pizza and wings over the phone. He changed my order saying that I can only order a pepperoni and sausage pizza and have toppings on it. Also said that they were out of wings. I had no choice but to go there in person and he refused to correct my order.
How can such people be employed. Not even offering to fix my order or even an apology. Nothing. I will never recommend the location in Bartlett. At most I could've been offered my order for free if he didn't wanted to correct it but instead said that's what I am getting because that's what I ordered.

Sent husband to pick up order on 8/07/25 and workers did not tell him to take out drinks that we ordered on his way out. I called to get a refund on the drinks since I did not receive them and they would not give me a refund. They told me they couldnât give me a refund because their âsystemâ was not able to do just the drinks. I had to drive back to the store to pick up my drinks. Waste of my money and time. This was my first and this will be my last time I order from the Bartlett location.
I was disappointed with this location from day one when they opened a year ago due to barely cooked dough on crazy bread and pizza crust. I tried again a year later and itâs the same. The crazy bread is too soft with barely any garlic butter and Parmesan. Pizza crust was also not well cooked. Also those new puffs are so dry. Commercials are false advertising as it looks so moist and flavorful. Nope. Please LC do better for Bartlett.

Food is fresh and good, but you need to make sure to check your orders. Make sure they gave you the correct order. Very often they mess up the orders and you need to wait for them to make your food. Instead of fast service, you need to wait extra 30 min for the order! Staff is not organized!!!

Ordered some Detroit style pizzas and they were not good the dough was not cooked thoroughly. We asked for extra mariners sauce and they put it on the pizza instead of on the side. I wonât be back to this little caesars pizza.
