I ordered variety of drinks, where I selected Pepsi and instead of normal pepsi they gave me DIET pepsi. Chocolate CinnaSquares were ok 6/10 - ultra greasy, CheezyBread - 4/10 nothing I would order again.

It was my first time here. I tried the hot honey pepperoni pizza. It was delicious. The server was the only employee there and he was hard to understand when I asked him what came on the pizza. There was no toilet paper or soap in the bathroom. Most of the customers ate outside. The pizza was served in to go boxes. We weren't given any plates or utensils. Even though the pizza was good, I won't be going back.

I placed an order with this place on 8.9.25 at 7:28pm, contactless order. Estimated delivery time was 35 - 45 minutes. By 8:30pm, the food had not arrived. I called and asked what the delay was and how soon the food would arrive. The person on the phone and the driver spent the next 15 minutes arguing with me that they had delivered the food, basically calling me a liar.
We ended the conversation with the person on the phone telling me to call the Manager on Monday.
I had to then place another food order with Rosati's at 8:48pm. their pizza arrived 30 minutes later.
Later that evening, my sister left at 1 am. When she stepped outside she saw the Marco's pizza order sitting on my front step. We couldn't believe it. So Marcos KNEW they delivered the pizza to the wrong house, went to go get it, and dropped it off at my front step, but the driver never rang the doorbell, knocked on the door, or call to apologize for THEIR mistake. Who knows how long the pizza had been sitting out there? but it wasn't there when Rosati's delivered their pizza at 9:22pm.
I called today, Monday, to talk to a manager. I noticed right away the person on the phone was the same person I dealt with over the weekend. He said he was the manager and never transferred me to someone else. instead of taking this opportunity to recover a customer, he took the driver's side saying the driver doesn't “play games” and the he knew what I was “trying to do”…..the AUDACITY. I couldn't believe it. WHY would I go to such great lengths to argue over a mediocre pizza?! I simply wanted my money back because I never received the food.
The fact that they called me a liar, knowing THEY delivered to the wrong house, and then getting the pizza from wherever they left it in the first place to leave it at my front step for God knows how long, while bugs crawled all over it, so they could claim they delivered it, is beyond ridiculous. They never even let me know they had found the pizza and brought it. But most importantly, they would rather steal my $40, than fix the error THEY KNOW they made and keep a returning customer is baffling. I will be disputing the charges with my bank. but don't EVER order from here!

I often order pizza from this place, and it has always been very good. However, I was quite disappointed with the pizza and garlic bread I received yesterday. I’m not sure what happened, but I was surprised that they were so burnt and still handed to the customer as if nothing was wrong. I hope this can be looked into to avoid similar issues in the future.

If I give it ZERO stars I would. I just tried placing an order for pickup. I unfortunately couldn’t understand what the gentleman was saying at the end of my order I asked twice to please repeat it and he got upset and hung up on me.

I have taken this pizza just now brought home and found out that the cheese is already Rotten How can some store sell a pizza knowing that the cheese is being used has already gone bad When I informed them, Instead of accepting the mistake or correcting it for the future customers they started arguing

Excellent calzone and bowl!!
I had the deluxe calzone and it was very tasty, crust was soft and chewy and delish!! My husband had the deluxe bowl and thoroughly enjoyed it, it’s a nice low carb, diabetic option!! My only complaint would be not enough sauce included with the calzone… staff was super friendly.
