Gone downhill. Used to be fresh and fast. Now it’s neither. Inside floors are sticky and the area around the bathroom smells horrible. Also the manager locked the play place when he heard my daughter ask to go in because we were two minutes after closing. The sign was still up as open.

Service was not as you’d expect with spending your hard earned money at a restaurant. They made my order wrong and instead of apologizing they made it seem like it was an inconvenience to make what was originally ordered. The manager was sitting around have personal time with his coworkers instead of doing his job. My wife stood at the counter with NO LINE for 10min before someone came to take her order. Won’t be going back to this McDonald’s again! Do better!

I went in for breakfast. Because I was paying with cash I went to the counter. I was literally ignored for at least 5 minutes. The person who took my order was not at all friendly. It took another 7 minutes to get my order. The food was terrible. The sausage was under cooked. The English muffin was barely warm. When compared to other McDonald's owners need to really look at everything. I try to support my local businesses but I don't think that is possible without significant improvement.

Manager came out of the kids bathroom infront of playground area after like 10 mins of us being there he came out on his phone wearing his pants halfway down his legs. There was water in the playground area and he sent after us telling the about it twice someone finally went to check and yes just “check” and came back down without cleaning it manager continued to walk and stand around as rest of the workers were actually doing something. Great location horribly managed.
