Recently stopped on a friday night, the parking situation is atrocious. 4 adults and 1 kid, portion size was very small for large pricetag, ordered a can of cider first waiter brought glass and remainder of can, 2nd waitress only brought the small guessing around 8oz glass instead of the remainder of the can, if you pay for the 12oz can you should receive the entire can. the guys each got a flight and a full glass of beer. we got sandwiches, fries, curry bowl, and salad, nothing wowed us, especially the large check, it was extremely loud you couldnt hear the person next to you to even have a conversation. wait staff was a bit slow, the kiddo was getting irritated and acting up as we waited on the check. Definitely will not be revisiting

I had a disappointing takeout experience. I arrived 10–15 minutes early specifically to make sure the food would be hot and notified the staff that I was there. I received the order at the time they told me it would be ready, but the pizza was already cold. I also ordered a Mediterranean salad with Cajun chicken, and there was no chicken included at all. Between the cold food and the missing item, the experience fell well below expectations.

Cheers where everybody knows your name. Great play for all ages but most those able to sip a beer or two. Sport ball on all the TVs and my favorite the team working here! Look for Kennedy!! If you’re not drinking the food is great too. I’ve had pretty much everything on the menu just ask Chevy.

So many people find the need to tell or rate a restaurant when they had bad service or bad food. This is not one of those reviews. While dining at More today 12/29/25. I had the best server a young woman named Kennedy. She was very professional, friendly polite and helpful. Followed by delicious food. I wish more servers/staff would make a dining experience as pleasant as she did. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family I will also patronize this restaurant again and again. Thank you. Rose

I don’t really ever like leaving negative reviews, especially at an establishment that is always recommended in the Bartlett area. This is my first time checking the place out with my boyfriend, and we waited around 25-30 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. After waiting another 20 minutes we didn’t get our waters and didn’t have any orders placed. We didn’t have anyone check up on us so, unfortunately we left to go else where. I understand that sometimes the kitchen is backed up or it’s super busy but, we were the only table out of 3 with no food or water. It wasn’t busy at all and this was quite disappointing, we will possibly try the place out another time but waiting almost an hour to have no orders or water in is unacceptable.
Love the employees and love the vibe, especially in the summer, BUT since opening up the downstairs, it seems like the beer is much warmer. It needs to be colder, that’s why I gave it a 4.

Its nice to come and do a beer flight every now and then to try the new taps. I always feel like the food is kind of funny, odd menu for a bar and kind of hard to find things I enjoy off glance but I’m never disappointed by taste. Wish staffing was better upkept, it can take a while for someone to visit the table.

Ordered Chicago Philly cheese steak , a sliver of meat . Just terrible , heavy cheese sauce and onion and smallest portion of meat almost as if they forgot to put the steak ingredient in the sandwich what a joke $20 what a waste . 2 bites opened it , threw it away . They should change the name to CHICAGO VEGETARIAN PHILLY CHEESE AND ONION BREAD heavy cheese sauce and have the customer get paid for ordering it smh
