Ordered 2 pizzas via Uber Eats and they only gave me one pizza. I understand Uber Eats takes a portion of the blame but the host was not kind on the phone about a missing pizza and all the food came extremely cold. The pizza crust was like cardboard. The chicken fingers and buffalo chicken were ok.

Food seems to always be good. Service is poor. Always seems short staffed or wait staff not helping other sections out. Manager tried to help out but unaware of Oktoberfest specials.

I got my Burrata & Tomato salad and have always loved it BUT TODAY it was awful tasting. The dressing was way off the usual taste. It was more like a vinegar dressing. I was very disappointed since I have always raved about this salad. Hoping it was a new Chef and needs to be told about this. Date 09302025, Bartlett Moretti's around 2-230pm

Saturday 9/20/25 at 5:30 p, we had a disappointing experience at Moretti’s in Bartlett that I feel is worth sharing. From start to finish, the service and food quality did not meet expectations.
The salad I received was not fresh; it had brown leaves and appeared soaked and was very slimy. It was difficult to get the attention of the server, which made it hard to request basic items like silverware, napkins, or even a drink refill.
Additionally, I ordered a specific wine listed on the menu, but instead, I was served a different wine that tasted possibly spoiled. Efforts to communicate my concerns directly were met with confusion. I approached a gentleman whom I believed to be the manager, Ian, to discuss the salad issue. He was not able to communicate a sentence or care for my concern. Unfortunately, after taking the salad away, he never came back to ask if I wanted a replacement salad or anything for that matter to eat with my company. So I sat with my table of 6, with no meal
Throughout the hour and a half I spent at the restaurant, I only saw the server a couple of times. While they did remove the salad from my bill, I didn't request this, and I left feeling hungry and dissatisfied with the overall experience. This incident has left a negative impression of the brand as a whole.

First I would like to say Im a regular at Morettis Bartlett.I patronize the restaurant at least 5 days a week.I want to give a great review to Ian who goes out of his way to make you feel important as a customer. He definitely is a great manager who makes you feel,your patronage is greatly appreciated.The servers Destiny,Evette and Ashley are awesome too.If you want great food and service,this is my pick!!!Thank you Ian and staff for making me feel appreciated!!Keep up the great work!!

I ordered a deep dish pizza and I got the most pathetic pizza I’ve ever seen. It’s basically a thin crust pizza with a thick empty crust around it. I won’t be going back there

I placed a delivery order from Moretti’s in Bartlett at 7:20 pm, with an estimated delivery time of 8:40 pm. I tried calling several times when the food didn’t arrive, and no one answered until 9:00 pm. They told me the driver would be there any moment, but when he finally showed up around 9:10, he just parked in the garage and left without even delivering the food. I had to call again and wait even longer.
When I finally got through, the staff didn’t even apologize—they just said the driver had to return to the restaurant before coming back. The food eventually arrived at 9:20 pm, but it was awful. The bread was completely soggy, and the pasta tasted rancid from sitting too long.
Terrible experience from start to finish. Poor service, no accountability, and disgusting food. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place.

Usually go to the one on Hoffman but I was in the area and had to pick up food on my way to a family members house. Pizza is always great from me doesn’t matter which Moretti’s you go to. Got two pizzas and breadstick, they were good as always. Have dined in here as well and the service is good. Moretti’s is my go to when it comes to thin crust pizza.
