We had catering from North of the Boarder for my husband’s birthday. It was phenomenal! The food was so good! We especially liked the chicken tacos and mini burritos. Everyone was raving about the food. Everything was very reasonably priced. Will definitely cater again!!

Love this place! Great for vegetarians many options both veggie and Jain. The boarder style tacos are 10/10

The management of this place sucks. I ordered $700 worth of food and they made a major mistake on my order. I order 100 mini vegetarian burritos from them, and they delivered beef filled burritos. Several of my vegetarian guests ended up biting into them and were disgusted. I called the manager to explain what happened/to get a refund or to replace my order but NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK. I left at least 5 messages with the staff to have the manager call me back, and he/she never called back. I have told all of my friends and family about my experience. They have lost a LOT of business because THEY DID NOT CARE!

RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY:

No, I called your restaurant directly and spoke to your employees. This happened 2 years ago in August 2022. Many, many messages were left. I left my telephone number and email several times with no response. I had ordered from your location/your restaurant directly many times before that incident. Matt was also there at the time. I am just getting around to posting a review now. It's sad that posting a google review was the only way to get a response. This was terrible customer service. Period.

I guess the customer is always wrong at NOB. I don't have to justify why it took me 2 years to write this review. I recently ordered from another Mexican restaurant and had an amazing experience. I was reminded by another guest at my party about this experience, but again, your response proves to all of the readers here why your customer service sucks. No sorry. No apology again. You can ask any one of my guests and they will tell you exactly what happened, but that won't happen because none of my guests will ever use your restaurant. I will no longer be responding. I am done. Thanks for finally taking notice.

Good food. Reasonable prices. Some baseboard/drywall damage in the men’s room needs to be repaired. Convenient location and parking.

A few too many hairs in the nachos for my liking. I thought it was a hair from dog at first and ignored but as my husband got to the bottom he said he liked them but had to pick out 4-5 hairs. Don’t think it was the dog ?

I called to place an order for catering for 80 people around 10:00 a.m., I was told the person in charge will call me right back. Three hours later I called again and asked if I could place the order, they told me someone will call me right back. Then I called again at 6:30 asking if they will be able to help me and if they couldn't to let me know, I was told the person was on the phone and she said she will call me right after she hangs up. I called at 8:30 and I was told they were now cleaning to close and they could not help me, to call tomorrow. I called next day and asked to speak to the manager. The lady who answered stating she was the manager answered with a rude tone, so I said I had called 4 times to place an order for catering and nobody had called me back, she replied, "well, we are busy, I am not going to stop serving my customers just for you", I was applaud and I asked her to let me speak to her manager and she replied, I am the manager, I don't have time for this and she hung up on me.

Used North of the Border for a Grad party and had catering. The food was amazing, delivery was seamless and we could not have been happier. Could not recommend them more!

I was ordering for 2 catering order for pick 2 and Matt guy who do catering told me that cost $9.99 and when I went in to order Kelly told me it will be $10.50 per person and she doesn’t care about business. She was standing at counter and still told me oh it’s lunch time I don’t have time to talk to you . Wow . This will be my last order since I already promise my employees there catering order but no more . Thanks

Amazing experience, every time! Ordered online yesterday and was offered a very generous “Taco Tuesday” deal! Very impressed with the amount of yummy meat and fresh toppings that was put on each taco, and for such a great price! Very delicious! Thank you!
