We had an amazing experience at Oberweis thanks to David one of the employees who went above and beyond while serving us ice cream. From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, patient, and genuinely kind. He made great recommendations, gave generous scoops, and served everything with a smile. It was my first time ever at one of these places. I like buying their icecream at the supermarket but since I was near one of their locations, thought I would try them out. I order a hot fudge sundae and also bought a few containers of icecream to take home. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful since I had mentioned that I was doing a long drive back home.
