So a buddy of mine and I came in for a little meet up and some drinks and food. The bartender Steve was super attentive and ready to serve and filled drinks all night with no hesitation. When we asked for food the cook came out and deterred us from buying certain items because he had to fire up the ovens. This is really something I never heard of being a chef myself.
