The service here is always so slow. I'm not sure why I come back, maybe because I live in the neighborhood. Maybe because it has an outdoor bar. Probably because it's far in between that I come here that I forgot how bad the service is. But for a Thursday night and not many people inside or outside and 4 servers, it shouldn't take that long for a pizza to come out. Maybe because it was half price pizza, so they make you wait longer? And the bartenders don't even bother looking at you or asking if you need anything, not even once. Get new bartenders or train the ones you do have before hiring them.

Have been here many times before and have had a great experience until the first time being back with their new owners. The food was fine, the server was good, however when we received the bill the prices differed than the menu we received. Once we asked about the prices, the server, who was new so we had no problem with the misunderstanding, asked the manager. Whitney, the general manager told us that we were looking at the old menu so we were in the wrong because they never updated their menus and we were never told that they were old menus. She even proceeded to say that if we wanted get our money back we would need to “give the wings back”. The drink prices were incorrect as well. Overall, will never go back.

Cool spot to hang out, indoors or out. Great vibe overall. It was a bit weird getting a cocktail in a beer glass, and there was no cocktail menu. Staff didn’t know some drinks, but still a decent experience.

Stopped in with my family last Sunday Evening. Obviously a slow evening for a bar/grille setting. Service was great. Restaurant was clean and had a great environment. Burgers, chicken sandwiches, and chicken tenders plus waffle fries and sweet potato fries were all delicious. Im ready to come back with the boys for some drinks!

If you are a younger person in the area, I would not recommend going to 120 Live. The bartenders are very skeptical around young people and refused to serve my friends despite everyone being of age. Not a bad location, but be prepared to be turned away if you look under the age of 30.
