I've been here a couple times now. Service is great and the meatballs are the best! I've also had their gnocchi which was good too. Prices are reasonable and they have a nice patio area when the weather is nice. My only complaint is no cappuccino machine.

Ordered for the first time online took an over an hour for a 12-in thin crust pizza I called the place she tells me all we're busy cuz we have half-price pizzas but you only get the half price if you call and pay cash that says nothing about that on the website ended up paying $35 for a 12-inch thin crust pizza so will never be ordering from Pasta Mia ever again!

We decided to try this place on a Friday night, wanting to enjoy dinner outdoors before the weather changes. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing on several levels.
First, the restaurant was clearly understaffed. Service was slow and inattentive, which set the tone for the evening. The food itself was just average—nothing memorable or worth coming back for.
What really ruined the atmosphere, though, was the management allowing guests to smoke right by the outdoor patio. Not only did this make the environment unpleasant for diners, but it is also a clear violation of Illinois’ Smoke-Free laws, which prohibit smoking within 15 feet of restaurant entrances and outdoor dining areas. Instead of being a relaxing night out, it turned into an uncomfortable experience surrounded by secondhand smoke.
Overall, between the lackluster food, poor service, and disregard for state health laws, this is not a place I would recommend or return to.

We arrived about seven minutes before the restaurant officially opened, and to our surprise, a staff member came out right away with menus and happily offered to take care of us. That level of hospitality immediately set the tone—I thought it was amazing. The food was outstanding. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak stromboli, which was not only packed with flavor but absolutely enormous—easily enough for three meals. Every dish our table ordered came out steaming hot, fresh, and beautifully prepared. Everyone was genuinely happy with their meals, and the portions were generous across the board. Service was friendly, attentive, and impressively prompt. From start to finish, we felt well taken care of. I would absolutely come back here, and I think anyone trying this place for the first time will walk away just as impressed. Don’t be surprised if it quickly becomes a new favorite spot!

Manager expressly will not accommodate any criticism of this establishment. He would rather any customer with a complaint never darken his doorstep and tell all their friends. What a recipe for failure. There are issues with both product and service here but no interest in addressing them.
My family and I went to the Bartlett location.Came here for the first time and I had high expectations. Ordered appetizers and our main meal and everything came out at the same time, which was weird, I was expecting appetizers to come out first then the main dish. Ordered the mussels with white sauce and it was so salty and tasted horrible. Tasted like frozen box mussels. Half the mussels were empty as well. Also ordered the Arancini and they were small, burnt and dry. Tasted horrible and my family barely ate them. Main dish was the rigatoni with vodka sauce and that had no flavor as well. Small portions as well. Overall the food was horrible and overpriced. We won’t be coming back again. The service wasn’t that great as well. So disappointed in this place.
