I asked for a double shot of patron and the bartender told me that they did not have patron so I asked what they have in a replacement and they offered me a Don Julio and I said that's fine after I get my bill it shows that I got the most expensive Don Julio at the bar and I was like okay I didn't ask for this I just thought you had a replacement and I asked for the manager The owner of the place tells me that you should know what to kill your drinking she showed you the bottle like I'm a tequila expert or something people who drink beer and come in for a Miller lite are they supposed to know what the IPAs are all across the bar but he assumes I'm supposed to know the tequilas and I told him I'm like look I did not know how expensive when your waitress shows to me she should tell me the pricing on if it's the most expensive tequila at the bar not give me the paycheck later and say hey this is what you owe but then the owner still insisted that I pay and I did and I left so here's my complaint thank you Don't order Don Julio there

I dined in with my son, we sat down and our waitress got us some water. The table next to us sat, our waitress immediately offered them some bread and butter while they’re deciding. We did not get the same offer. I had to ask for the bread. My son got the smash burger, which comes with two patties; these were certainly not smash burgers, because they were very thick. After eating our dine in meal, I then placed a separate to-go order for some pizzas to bring home to the rest of the family. They never mentioned that the half price monday deal is a cash only thing. When I said I only had my card, I was told they can just charge the full price. I said no thanks! THEN she mentions the ATM on site. Once I got the cash, I went to pay for the to-go order and the cashier was rude, not understanding that I had a dine in order AND a take out order - he kept pointing to the receipt booklet at my table, which was the receipt for my dine in order that was already paid for. Then we get home with the pizzas, the flavor is fine and garlicky but the thin crust is doughy and chewy, not crispy at all. Overall, it was meh. I wouldn’t say it’s a “must try”. I can get better italian food in my kitchen at home.

Food is great! Great for take out pizza (we like the thin crust) or sitting on the patio with a drink or two. They have plenty to choose from! Salads are giant! Easily enough for 2+ people appetizers are plentiful with your traditional fare of mozzarella sticks, pretzels sticks and many other wonderful bites. Atmosphere is lovely but can get loud. And occasionally they have live singers and karaoke nights.

Had a large group and we ordered 2 very large pizzas. I orders spaghetti with meat sauce. Just terrible. No flavor. It was cold. Prego is much much better. Will never go there again. And the prices were outrageous..

The food is above decent. However, their online menu doesn't include the entire in-house menu. Mind-boggling considering everything is online these days. Unless you wanna call and speak with people, because we are all lazy and would rather order online. Not worth it

Food was great, we had a family party, 40+ people, everything we had was excellent, staff was attentive and kept up with what we needed, of course, after dinner a few of us went to the bar for some digestives, we had 3 shots (thick glass ,maybe not even an ounce) of a Spanish Liquor, I was charged $40! this is not a Night club! no DJ, just dinner, really? the bottle was almost empty, and the 3 shots still left enough in the bottle for 3 more! Either the bartender is scamming, or the establishment is overcharging, either way, I'm not going back. Thank you!

Pasta Mia... its Okay. Its nothing spectacular, it's not bad, it's just okay. I think because they've been around so long, they've just become a bit complacent. And they have been around a long time because they're not bad, either. If you're in Bartlett and you want Italian food, give them a try for yourself.

Parking: Large shopping plaza with many restaurants, in same location with plenty of parking.
