Best pizza around and has been a household favorite for several years. Unfortunately the front counter girls could care less about serving the customer and have shown to be incompetent in their duty to do so. Waiting 30 minutes at the counter for your pizza that has been in the hotbox all along is inexcusable. Happened a few times, and every time they were clueless on how to remedy the situation. Nothing says entitled children When called on their failings they look at you with a shrug on their shoulders and a blank look on their face. We had been disappointed too many times and finally had to make the painful choice to go elsewhere. We won't go back.

Friday night is always pizza night in my house. My daughter loves coming to the "pizza store" with me to pick up our order...she's treated like a little celeb there and we love it. This past Friday was no different, so I wanted to give a shout out to the chef for making my little girl's night. We stopped in to pick up our order but forgot to ask for our free cheese. The store was bumpin' and while I didn't want to wait 15 more mins, I didn't want to be a burden on the kitchen. The chef saw I was with my daughter, and asked if the cheese was for her. When I told him it was, he simply nodded and went back into the kitchen. He came back out with my order, and 2 massive slices of cheese for my daughter. Not only is the food delicious, but service like that is why we go back. Thanks everyone!
5/5 I got my money's worth. And I'll be back for more.I'm always a little hesitant about getting alfredo pasta from pizza establishments, mainly because pizza is their priorities. But I'm happy I gave this place a chance.I stopped by for lunch for the chicken alfredo for take out and BAM! I got what I wanted, and for a decent price. The Alfredo sauce was thick and creamy! The pasta was cooked well and the chicken was seasoned nicely. The addition of the spinach was a nice touch.I was really surprised by the bread! It wasn't just a loaf of bread. Or garlic bread but a seasoned tomato flavored bread. I believe it was a focaccia? Super yummy and fresh!The focaccia with the thick alfredo pasta, all just worked so well!Service was great. I was in and our about 10-15mins.The atmosphere was pleasant from the door. I didn't get to experience too much.

We order from Pietanzas A LOT and have always had a great experience. Foods always been really good and you can tell that it’s all made with fresh ingredients. Their pizza is our favorite. Staff has always been friendly when picking up as well as delivery. Bartlett is lucky to have Chef Vincenzo!

My family has ordered from Pietanza's for delivery before, however on this occasion I ordered take out. I was really surprised to see the variety of home made Italian delights: cookies, cannoli, Italian beef, you name it, they probably have it. The service was great! I was greeted by a friendly hostess who made me feel right at home. I ordered a half pepperoni half sausage thin crust pizza and arancini both cheese and meat. I will honestly say this it was the best that I had in a long, long time. I will definitely continue ordering from Pietanza's.
