The customer service is awful. Our most recent order was wrong, Instead of taking accountably they argued and defended their mistake. We have been ordering here for years and have noticed a decline in satisfaction with our food. We have never had a major issue with our order until tonight but it was the owners lack of accountably and customer service that prompted this review.- We only know what we ordered, and it wasn't what we received compared to our past visits, hence the review.

This is the good Sir Nick's. Great food, great service, great prices. I had the Cheef, fries and chicken fingers. I love their italian beef and the Cheef does not disappoint. Only problem I had with the food was a piece of cartilage in one of the chicken pieces, but that's not their fault. Everything was cooked perfectly and properly seasoned. Come here for great food!

I'VE HAD THE SLICES FROM THIS PLACE BEFORE AND THEY'RE ARE ALWAYS KILLER. I RECENTLY TRIED THEIR WHOLE PIZZA, FRESHLY MADE AND I MUST SAY I WAS VERY SATISFIED. I DECIDED TO TRY THEIR THIN CRUST AND DOUBLE DOUGH TO DETERMINED WHICH WOULD BE MY FAVORITE AND THEY OUT DID THEMSELVES. IT WAS PREPARED JUST AS I ORDERED IT AND SO DELICIOUS. I NOW HAVE A FAVORITE ORDER... BOTH! I ENJOYED BOTH STYLES SO MUCH, I COULDN'T PICK ONE. I RECOMMEND YOU GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY. BY THE WAY, THEY ALSO HAVE A GREAT FLAVORFUL ITALIAN BEEF. Pizza was amazing. We got thin crust pepperoni. We got delivery and they were super fast and it was super hot!
Pizza is fantastic! The baked Mostaccioli is insane! Great food and great service. You could not ask for better. I can’t wait to try other things on the menu. My hat goes off to the delivery driver who was so kind and thoughtful. She was amazing!

Great pizza in Bartlett. I have been coming here for 15 years and I love the pizza so much. I order over the phone and its always ready within 20 minutes. I love sir nicks pizza. Best pizza in my area
