Staff is slow moving at this location...and it wasn't even busy.

We have been coming here for years and daily since it’s our neighborhood starbucks.
The customer service has plummeted all the way down - as low as it gets over the last year! To the point now, you get your food in pieces and often incomplete.
I cant say for certain if this was done maliciously or intentionally, but the person working the drive-thru is incredibly rude and gets triggered when you ask for a stopper, bag or napkins. That was the case today, we asked for a stopper , got a major attitude for it and then noticed when we got home, bagel looks like this. (see picture)
Whether he crumbled it in his hand or they bake and serve it like this. Service is absolutely terrible!! Unbelievable!

30 min to make a drink

I am done using this starbucks. I order an iced peach green tea w/a splash of coconut milk EVERY TIME I go. I don't know why EVERY time I order it, they get it wrong. Today I ordered it and got an iced green tea. Even when it is peach it is like water. My daughter's have experienced similar with other drinks and two of my kids work at another Starbucks. They have informed me that in particular, my drink is not difficult to make. It's a regular menu item and not a fancy one.
I love starbucks. Everything on the menu is pretty good. And the service is fast as they can go. And when they mess up an order. They will make sure they accommodate you.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced and the drink was not consistent. I would rate a 0 if I could.
The woman who took our order had the biggest attitude and when we got to the window as well. Then when she was handing me my last drink I asked for a straw and she closed the window in my face. This wasn’t miscommunication she looked straight at me and walked away.

I wanted a drink with no ice, they wanted to give me half cup of drink because it is ice drink. So… basically I pay for ice$9???? Radiculous, never ever to this location or if they do it everywhere…… rather big no for Starbucks drinks. Can’t stand that kind of tricks.

Whatever you do. Don't call them and ask if they can put aside some used coffee grounds. You'll get horrible customer service and a lame excuse.
