A different starbucks had made my drink poorly and I stopped here to get a new one, the lady was so kind and remade my drink completely for free even though it wasnt her stores mistake in the first place. I greatly appreciated her kindness!!

Whenever I go here I go once a week and my drink is always made different most of the time it’s like they don’t even put the syrup in there yesterday got a vanilla latte got no vanilla syrup in there at all was very disappointed it’s like the employees don’t know how to make drinks with the right amount of syrup

Picked up my venti drink . And they filled the cup up as a grande . When you pay for a venti you want a venti . Do better Starbucks !! You charge an arm and a leg . I want what I ordered .

I ordered a caramel crunch frappuccino, it was delicious and I believe the crunch was toffee. Incredibly delicious, yes all the frappuccinos are delicious
They took all the tables and chairs. What’s the point? I’ll never go to Starbucks again. Ridiculous.

I will never return to this Starbucks , went to go to the bathroom and was stopped at the front door on the way out to tell me that the restrooms were for paying customers, wow we are really reaching low Starbucks.

I understand that Starbucks gets quite busy and there's no guarantee how long you'll be waiting in the drive-thru line but this was ridiculous. There were 4-5 staff members behind the counter and 0 customers at the counter ordering and yet, I waited in line about 7-8 minutes.
And instead of having any urgency to get the drinks ready for all of the other cars in line, staff were standing around singing, laughing, and on their phones. All for a drink that ended up not even being made correctly. Please speak with your staff.

My order is usually cappuccino with almond milk, and i got pretty fast ? My kids love the cookies and lemonade kids' drinks I highly recommend this place for a fast order?
