DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Worst subway ever! Wouldn’t give me a side of peppers bc it was a to go order but would put in on the sandwich and no extra charge?! Callin corporate looks like all the complaints are the same here also I barely got any meat like 2 onions and 2 green peppers. They are so delinquent in their duty to make a sandwich the way corporate expects!!!

Request to the owners: If they can’t support online coupons for your online orders, please remove you location from qualifying subways. Could be better for online order pickup when there was a mentioned of chipotle sauce and honey mustard vs few drops. In house service is good but the online orders needs some justifications on what is asked and what we get. Thanks

Do not go to this subway. They do not put enough toppings nor read the online order correctly. I asked for extra mayo and I got not even light mayo. There’s 5 slices of onions. Don’t be so cheap when giving toppings. Overall, there’s no toppings, no sauce. Don’t waste your money here

I wish I could give 0 The employee over their she said no to accepting coupons After long conversations she said yes to the footlong coupon to YES, with terms and conditions as no black bean patties only veggies No meat available if you used coupons available by subway Said no to accept 6” inch coupon of $3.99

And after all I took one footlong and it was disgusting in taste She put everything like nothing

This Subway location is a scam. They told me that as of 6 months ago, they don't take coupons. What is that about? A basic foot long sandwich cost me $11! I've been going to the Bartlett location for years, but I'm telling all my family and friends to boycott them. This is absolutely ridiculous.

This was an online pickup ; The bread was very stale to the point of being inedible, i bought this to take to work and didn’t notice till i opened it to eat it. They also skimped out on the meat majorly and tried to compensate with vegetable like lettuce/ tomatoes/ peppers. my recommendation is find another location worth the $ they already over charge you for.

This location never puts enough meat on the sandwhich. i ordered the philly and there is about two spoon fulls of meat. there were more jalapenos than meat in my sandwhich. from what i've read this place in stingy on coupons and adding the correct amount of meat to sandwhiches. bad business practice to short your customers when they are paying 16+ dollars on a sandwhich. Do not go here.

Terrible, I live in the area and went to this subway only a few times. Every time I go there and get the cookies they always give me old stale over baked cookies. It’s like they tried to cremate the cookies. I don’t get how they have the decency to sell them like that. Avoid this place at all cost. Terrible service!
