I ordered a veggie patty from door dash and the staff didn’t even bother to have the veggie patty on my sub. And the store didn’t even try to contact me or nothing. Too bad service and don’t eat here never ever.

They literally scammed me! i placed an online order and it said it was gonna be ready by a certain time, everything went well the order was confirmed. I got there and they rude lady told me that there was no order placed under my name. I showed her proof that my order was from today and at that time and at that location. they didn’t wanna return me my money nor give me what i ordered. Very bad service don’t go they are also very stingy with their portions they out barely any meat too. and overpriced! i’ve notice other subways around the areas are cheaper and better service.

Wish I read previous reviews - I’ve ordered 5 foot longs for some hungry athletes, paid for double protein only 2 had double protein. Disappointed to say the least.

When I tell you the attitude and lack luster energy from the person taking and making my order. When I asked about extra veggies I was met with a slight eye roll and body language like I was bothering her! Very rude also when asked about meal options. The spinach was also wilted and wet. Items should be kept fresh as possible.

this place menu price is very high compare to other near by subways. more over service is not that great and kind of ok and one time lady literally asked me dont sit too long to eat though i spent hardly 20-30 mins to finish my meal in the store. ordered only twice or thrice from this store though i stay near by and go subway frequently and prefer to go other subways near by rather than this one.

DON’T go here. I ordered two foot longs and one 6 inch. The bread was stale. The lady worker was constantly yawning. She didn’t even put enough veggies. Very poor customer service.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Worst subway ever! Wouldn’t give me a side of peppers bc it was a to go order but would put in on the sandwich and no extra charge?! Callin corporate looks like all the complaints are the same here also I barely got any meat like 2 onions and 2 green peppers. They are so delinquent in their duty to make a sandwich the way corporate expects!!!

Request to the owners: If they can’t support online coupons for your online orders, please remove you location from qualifying subways. Could be better for online order pickup when there was a mentioned of chipotle sauce and honey mustard vs few drops. In house service is good but the online orders needs some justifications on what is asked and what we get. Thanks
