This location never puts enough meat on the sandwhich. i ordered the philly and there is about two spoon fulls of meat. there were more jalapenos than meat in my sandwhich. from what i've read this place in stingy on coupons and adding the correct amount of meat to sandwhiches. bad business practice to short your customers when they are paying 16+ dollars on a sandwhich. Do not go here.

Terrible, I live in the area and went to this subway only a few times. Every time I go there and get the cookies they always give me old stale over baked cookies. It’s like they tried to cremate the cookies. I don’t get how they have the decency to sell them like that. Avoid this place at all cost. Terrible service!

I've been there over 10 times before after this last time. I will not go back. The lettuce was brown The bread stale/crumblely. Was also over charged and begged for a tip.

This was an online pickup ; The bread was very stale to the point of being inedible, i bought this to take to work and didn’t notice till i opened it to eat it.They also skimped out on the meat majorly and tried to compensate with vegetable like lettuce/ tomatoes/ peppers.my recommendation is find another location worth the $ they already over charge you for.

Anita, the woman who served me, was very kind and she did a great job with my sandwich. She also spoke the same language my Indian parents taught me, “Gujurati” so it was fun talking in that language in addition to English.

When I entered the business, the employee informed me, "We do not accept coupons." What about "Hello" or "Welcome" instead? Disappointingly, I have never used a Subway coupon in my whole life, despite being a regular customer. Perhaps she was having a rough day, but that is no way to treat a loyal customer. Perhaps she was prejudiced against me due to my Indian appearance, but who knows?

My wife and I walked in the Subway shop in Bartlett Plaza after church on Sept. 18, 2022 around 2:30. As soon as we walked in, the woman behind the counter gave a us a very unwelcoming face. We asked if we could use the coupons we received in our mail. She said, “No, we are no longer accepting those”, and pointed to a sheet of paper with a long list of the sandwiches they would not accept coupons for. She then said, “I will take the coupon for today only.” So I proceeded with telling the employee what I wanted in my sandwich. During this time, the employee still was making an unwelcoming face. I have ordered the Italian B.M.T for many years now, and I know how much meat should be in that sandwich. The employee cheated my wife and me out of meat on our sandwiches. This was very upsetting of course. This will be the last time we will be going to that Subway. Very rude and unwelcoming. How do they expect to stay in business when treating customers like that. Retrain your employees on how to be courteous.

Very rudy Indian lady server! I chose a bread for my sandwich and she got a wrong bread and i told her it wasnt the right one and she just cursed in front of me, very unprofessional! then after i got my order, I was just fixing my food on the table and she told me they were closing!to the owner of this branch, pls look at the schedule, whoever worked tonight 4/29/22 Closing time, it wouldnt be your loss if you fire her!

The food was delicious. The woman who made it was friendly and fast. The price is very good, and these days you know how big a deal that is. The bread tasted very soft and fresh, really delicious. Oven fresh. And the restaurant was spotlessly clean.It's in Bartlett plaza which is conveniently located off Devon and Bartlett road. I highly suggest you check them out...before inflation makes such outings into a luxury meal. Also, with the state of the world, you should go get a sandwich there as you never know what might happen.
