The drink was filled to the rim with ice, so it was really a small drink. The other drink was diet. They didn't even bother to cut my quesadilla right. We ordered ahead and still had to wait at the window for 10 minutes. The guy who works there at night is so weird. After handing us our boxes of food with no bag, salsa, etc. He told us to wait because he was making our drinks. I could literally see my drinks right next to his hands. I hate spending my hard earned money on places that do things half-assed

Please avoid this specific Taco Bell location at all costs. Instead, drive a few extra minutes to another Taco Bell. I had a disappointing experience here yesterday. I simply asked for extra sauces, but when I looked in the bag, there were none. I know this because there were napkins on top of my food, and there were no extra sauces on top of the napkins. It was clear that the employee pretended to put the sauces in the bag. While it may seem like a minor issue, it’s a reflection of the poor service at this location.

Whenever I go to this location a old white male with glasses, I think his name is Kevin K, he is always rushing me when I order and is rude when Im deciding and ordering. Also when I asked for more fire sauce, he faked putting in the fire sauce in the bag twice. Never have I experienced customer service like this. This makes me not want to go to this location anymore.

It is a Sunday afternoon and I am here with family! Best chalupas and burritos here at this location! Love the warm food fully stuffed! Never ate this quality at my Naperville location. Wow!!
Terrible service, you arrive and they take a long time to attend and when you ask something they don't answer you. I arrived to pick up an order and I called and called and no one answered. After a girl passes by, I call her and tell her that I came to pick up an order and she doesn't tell me anything, whether it is ready or if they are preparing it, nothing after the order is ready. He doesn't say anything and just puts it on the counter. And the restaurant was empty.
Food is always great I live a few miles away and come here multiple times a week but today I had a horrible experience due to a order named “Kevin” he was very unprofessional, needs to be evaluated on his performance.
