Amazing place to eat, came here while visiting Chicago and both times the food was amazing and got to meet Both Andy and Julian, amazing hosts that are very sociable! Items are made in house and the atmosphere is great, would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone, local or visiting!

Pretty average restaurant. The portion sizes were large, but the food quality was average. Service was average to below average and the bathrooms stunk. Also there wasn’t any soap in the Men’s bathroom, so I’m not sure where staff was washing their hands before they returned to work.

0 we had chicken parmesan an eggplant parmesan both dishes for delicious and I felt that the eggplant Parmesan was the best I have ever had from the outside you wouldn't realize it was a restaurant b u t well worth the visit

We came here because the reviews were great and we’re so glad we did! We got the Boss’s Signature Burger and the 1920s Burger, both wonderfully done and some of our favorite burgers ever. Great portions as well.
Our server, Andy, was kind and attentive. The atmosphere was relaxed with an updated and clean feel. We will be back!

Wanted to try somewhere different so we went to The Boss's Signature in Bartlett. What a nice little place. The owners were friendly & the food was delicious. Had the New York strip steak & they were kind enough to put sautéed mushrooms on it. The garlic mashed potatoes weren't too garlicky. Can't wait to go back & try the chicken marsala & fettuccine alfredo.

Meet a brother here for some burgers. I worked off the top of the deck, ordering the Boss’ Signature. He got the prime rib sandwich. Both were fantastic! Fresh fresh fresh and perfectly prepared. Definitely put this spot on your must-hit-up-in-Bartlett list.
