I used to love this place, but this visit felt off. Service seemed rushed and inattentive. While there were empty tables and staff standing around, there were long times between anyone checking in on how we were doing or refills. The tempura was soggy and meat dry. Egg drop soup had a odd taste that I couldn't recognize so didn't finish. Overall not a good visit. Will have to give them another chance in the future.
When I tell people I’m from Bartlett, a frequent response is “do you go to TL’s, That place is fantastic”. Of course, my answer is yes.
TL’s is fantastic. It has been consistently fantastic over the many years I have lived here. The food is always fresh, delicious, and authentic.
