I went this past weekend. They have good facilities and some good runs for being close to the city. However, the staff needs training.
Front desk is nice and helpful, a 10/10 there. Chair lift and rope operators are on their phones, staff cannot handle children as they run down the black chair lift area, causing them to lose their tubes instead of in the tubing area, and bathrooms aren't maintained. Here's my story below.

My pants almost fell down because I fell of my tube, and my bare cheeks skid against the ice. Then Kirk the worker grabbed my tube and went down with me well my pants were falling. Kirk NEEDS a raise. I LOVE PAPA KIRK! My best friends Valentine died. Great time.
