I placed my order.They gave me my coke with no ice. When I .they handed me my food I asked them if I could get some ice for my coke and they said yeah and then it took them longer to give me ice for my coke than it did to get my food

This was the first and last time I'll ever use the Wendy's mobile app... apparently they make the food when the order is placed as opposed to waiting for you to arrive! Everyone knows cold fast food is inedible- and not completely sure it's edible fresh but it tastes like it. I placed the order at 5:35pm. I arrived at 6:15. The girl needed to see my phone saying she didn't have my order in the system. She left and returned 30sec later with my order. Relief. But no, not relief. It was obvious just as soon as I got back on the road and snagged me a fry...ice cold and the frosty just the opposite, completely melted. Rush hour traffic and there was no way I was turning around. So fed up with restaurants and the lack of standards. She clearly knew when she handed it to me that it was old. I'd like to see them eat that garbage. I'm old enough to remember when you placed an order at Wendy's, they fried the burger right then, not some old warmed up patty.

The meet on the 🍔 burger is nonexistent the commercial Wendy's you to run years ago the old lady said where's the Beef on certain burgers can ask the same question and another thing burger meat doesn't taste real fries aren't good 🤔 that's my take changed big time since Founder Dave owned it

Yesterday I ordered a Cesar salad. Unfortunately, it didn’t come with croutons. If you are a Cesar salad fan, you cannot have a Cesar without croutons. That crunch is what balances the salad. Without it, the salad is all mush. I noticed the issue by the time I got home. I called Wendy’s about it like the male Karen that I was, which the gentleman that answered was Zach the manager. He told me to come by next time and the next salad is on the house. He kept his word. I returned to Wendy’s the next day, they hooked me up with a free Cesar that came with croutons.
This is a fast food restaurant, therefore fast may result in errors. But the fact that they made it right and they stuck with their word says to me all that I need to know about their manager and this establishment. They get a 5 stars for being cool as heck and by doing what is right.

The food is great, often freshly made, the inside of the restaurant is always clean, and the staff will help you with any issues with your order. The bathrooms are clean, and fully wheelchair accessible, there's lots of seating, plenty of parking, and I've never had any issues with the drive through. This Wendy's is a model for how other Wendy's should be run.
Parking: Lots of free normal and handicap parking in a parking lot surrounding the building on 3 sides.
Kid-friendliness: About as kid friendly as any Wendy's could be.
Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is fully ADA compliant, with both bathrooms being handicap accessible.

Waited 5 full minutes at counter while someone walked past us several times. Finally placed order and waited TWENTY MINUTES for a breakfast chicken biscuit & sausage biscuit meal. Order was wrong. I was overcharged. The drink machine doesn't work. It's very clean but who cares if you don't want to eat there.STAY AWSY FROM THIS WENDY'S!!!
