Three male employees were clearly talking about me when I picked up my order in another language. Gesturing toward me and looking me up and down and even said my name. Fries and wings taste of old oil, soda machine was sticky and gross and there was no carbonation so it was basically just syrup. Worste wingstop in the area. Employees are rude and food taste awful.

This is my local Wingstop, I’ve been multiple times. I find that their lunch time meals are typically better made! I’ve had numerous dry, incorrect, or straight up made-wrong meals here. (I got a wet garlic parm once??) Today my wings were made well, but they forgot my side and put my ranch in the bag with an unsealed lid which made it spill everywhere. I used to get Wingstop a lot more often, but this location in particular has made me stop coming as much. I hope they figure things out 👍 (They offered no refund or compensation for my time having to come back out for my side)

The refuse to carry the large container for ranch They say there all sold out of large containers but they lied to my face saying they don’t make large ranches because people don’t buy them from here like that but they continue to say they don’t carry large ranch here So if you want large ranch they emits serve them here

Huge thanks to the amazing team at Wingstop Bartlett for saving the day! I had placed a 200-wing order for a big meeting and didn’t realize I had messed up the wing order. Once I realized I called them in a panic. The Wingstop team went above and beyond to help me out. They quickly put together a new order and got it ready in record time. Before anyone on my team noticed any problem we were eating wings. I really appreciate the effort and great service. They have definitely earned a lot of future business from me. So dirty customer service is bad and rude they close at 12:00am and can’t take orders past 11 apparently, so we stood there for 30 mins making a online order just for them to ask us we can take your order now.
