They were out of most options, gave one very small piece of cooked salmon and charged me for what looked like a teaspoon of crab salad. Very greedy and poor business practice, probably the worst poor bowl I’ve ever had. Majority was just rice with very small amounts of toppings. I watched the woman making my bowl try her hardest to give me the smallest amount of everything possible.

My mother and I who are Muslim, she was wearing a hijab and I was wearing a thobe came here on Friday 6/22/24 to purchase boba we went inside and the cashier immediately went away and we stood there waiting for 5 min and he came back clicked some buttons on the register and muttered some words. We then waited for 10 min and no one took our order and he was coming back and forth to see if we were still there. We left, the cashier was a white obese male with short hair. Do not come here

This place is absolutely FIRE!!!!! I’ve been in here like 3/4 times and so happy I can build my own bowl and have meat or seafood! They have so many options which is great! The staff is incredible and very helpful! Nick, one of the workers, made sure to tell me what he recommended and always has a friendly presence! Thank you so much for being here in Bartlett and hiring people who smile at work!
