10 min in drive thru and nobody would even say anything. Whether it just being a “hey, we’re short staffed, we’ll be with you in a min.” Said over the speaker I was gonna call 911 to make sure they were alive and got nothing. I pulled around and went inside and people said they were waiting for 15 min. I understand being short staffed, but communicate a little. SAY SOMETHING.
As a local I don’t normally go to this McDonalds due to how long it takes to get a meal because of such low staffing. But my little sister wanted to so we stopped. I could handle the wait knowing how staffing is and having worked at McDonalds as a teenager but what was extremely discussing is as I was waiting 30 mins for our food (and then another 7 for I and the other costumers in the lobby to get tea that they forgot) we witnessed your employees BULLY a customer at the front...read full review
Im surprised this location manages to stay open, clearly it's just about revenue and not quality food or service. Wait 20 minutes for cold food and twice fried fries, every table in the place is dirty, the employees are rude and obviously only show up for a paycheck. Do everybody a favor, fire everyone and leave the store closed if they can't get anyone that cares

Although the bathrooms were clean and freshly mopped, there was a strong smell coming from a hole in the wall in the men's restroom, which other guests also noticed.
