Worst experience ever. When I asked for curly fries “are you f*cking kidding me” and broke into laughter then gave me my food and said “you get both fries, I don’t give a sh*t anymore”. I understand being busy. And I understand being old. But if that’s her version of customer service, you might want to get out of the service industry.

Based on the reviews, Hardee’s is a great place to eat with top notch, speedy and polite service. The customer service at 5am is great, and the store looks amazing and clean every time. The food is normal hamburger fare that tastes good, prepared hot and done well. However, one online order issue meant breakfast could not be ordered at 10:30am, and the meal made was not what was ordered. Another reviewer found the order taker a little too aggressive, talking just short of yelling. Some snotty ladies also caused a bad atmosphere, though that was not the restaurant’s fault. Overall, people have been incredibly nice.
