I normally don't jump on this quickly to leave a review but I just stopped here to pick ho breakfast (not from the area) and despite it being super early, the staff was very nice and I was in the drive thru a total of maybe 2 minutes. Thanks yall you made my morning easier!
the lobby was 24-hour. They started being 24 hour lobby for the truckers I think. Which means they are awesome!
My family visited this location twice in a weekend due to traveling. After ordering we waited frankly too long for a McDonald’s that had no one in the parking lot and four cars in the drive thru. Upon receiving our food, the window worker engaged in a conversation with her co-worker the entire time. Leaving us confused if we were still waiting on items to be given to us. McDonald's provides a convenient and friendly experience. The young man that took the order was very polite and professional and went above and beyond. The food was delicious and made the way it was ordered. However, there are concerns about organization, as the wait can be very long, and other people were also waiting a long time. The restaurant excels in customer service, with staff being nice and fast, making it a great spot for a quick meal. Recently, there have been reports of noise from employees arguing, which can be distracting. Some customers have experienced issues with their orders, like getting something messed up or receiving soggy and cold fries. Although the bathrooms were clean and freshly mopped, there was a strong smell coming from a hole in the wall in the men's restroom, which other guests also noticed.
